Last minute decision to go to the tavern for dinner. Food ordered was a Parmy salad and chips $27 -Wednesday special And the Surf and Turf special $45 . The surf and turf was really good. Steak was tasty and cooked as requested. The parmy meal was large also pretty good. I do think the prices are a little high. No problem with parking. The presentation of the place is pretty good.

Just had my adult son’s birthday there! The staff were very friendly; engaging and helpful, especially the two young ladies in our part of the restaurant tonight - the one with coloured hair was especially great). The food was lovely (the roast beef was ‘melt in the mouth’ perfection, and the carbonara was smoky and flavourful)! We all had a great night! Thank you!

We went for lunch and had a Mexican Parma. The girl who served us - Lucy - was very pleasant. The meal took a bit longer than expected to arrive, considering there were so few customers there at that time. But when it came, it was excellent. The chicken was great, the chips were crispy and with the right amount of seasoning, and the salad was perfect, not the usual clump of lettuce with a couple of other items thrown in. The meal was so huge we couldn’t finish it, so definitely great value. Overall, very happy with the Parma.

Paid $196.35 for 3 people Disappointed with Food and bathroom but the service was amazing, very polite. Got there and seated at 6pm, drinks and garlic bread came out just after 7:30 finished up at 8:35pm I feel this is far too long, over 2.5 hours for dinner. All food was cold, Steak was under cooked, asked for medium well done came out red (usually it would be pink) did not eat the steak. Got 2 slices of New York style cheesecake; not sure what that really means but cheesecake was crumbly and very thick did not like it had 3 bites I just couldn't force it down ( it was a baked cheesecake, but I have had that before and it shouldn't crumble). Bathroom was a mess, I cleaned the basin and soap area myself, pee over the toilet floor, paper waste basket was overflowing; advised staff member of mess and before we left I went to the bathroom again and nothing had been cleaned.
