Loved it! Decor was great - very Palm Springs. Beautiful pool area, great continental breakfast selection. Love the Dyson hairdryers - very nice touch. Perfect location- a few minutes from the beach and the trams. Great dinner at the Japanese restaurant downstairs. Wonderful service from the staff from entry through to the maintenance and cleaning team. Bathroom gets a bit wet from the shower, but nothing a larger towel can’t handle! Will definitely be staying here again.

What a quirky place to spend 3 nights. I can honestly say the staff were all incredible. They also looked like they wanted to be there. Very attentive and always with a smile on their face. The food was incredible. Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from. The stingray restaurant steak was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. I really loved my stay here. Such a fun place to be.... even in the rain. Thank you!

We stayed at QT Gold Coast new years, 2026. From the start we received a warm welcome from Jessica who went over and above to ensure my pregnant daughter was comfortable. We enjoyed room service, which was restaurant quality, hot and arrived quickly. The buffet breakfast was vast with a wonderful selection of fresh food. The cappuccino from the kiosk was outstanding. We invited friends to share the high tea which was a delectable feast. The pool was perfect and we ordered poolside snacks and drinks in the cabbana so we could really enjoy our swim. Well done QT staff we had already planned our next visit before checking out from this trip. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding stay at QT Gold Coast. This is without question the quintessential Gold Coast experience if you want to be in the heart of everything while still staying somewhere that feels stylish, comfortable and genuinely cool. From the moment we arrived the energy of the place was great. straight away you feel looked after, not just checked in. The pool area is unreal, proper holiday mode, amazing vibe without feeling chaotic. The food was excellent and everything about the stay just felt easy. A massive thank you to Rory Neaves, Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond. He genuinely took care of us . That level of service is rare and it completely changed the experience for us. You can tell he really cares about guests having a great stay. The staff across the board were lovely. Warm, professional and relaxed all at once. You feel welcome, not processed, which makes a huge difference. Location wise you could not ask for better. Walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and nightlife, then come back to a hotel that still feels like a bit of an escape. It is the perfect mix of being part of the scene while still having your own space to unwind in comfort. Genuinely one of the best stays I have had on the Gold Coast. Could not recommend QT highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at QT Gold Coast. The staff were very friendly and professional. The pool and the ambience near the pool were amazing. Buffet breakfast was good with variety of options. Special thanks to staff who were working on Christmas Day to make our day special and comfortable, they always had a warm and welcoming smile. The rooms were neat and clean. The bathroom design could have been better as it was always wet with the bathtub and washbasin always spilling out water. The balconies were closed, best to mention this on website to be transparent, we knew about this after checking in.
