I recently enjoyed another extended stay at Rydges Gold Coast Airport in room 626. If you love planes and runway views, this is one of the best rooms in the hotel — very spacious, exceptionally clean and beautifully presented. The hotel itself is always spotless, comfortable and welcoming. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout my stay. The food was also delicious every time. I’d especially like to mention Dylan from the bar and restaurant area. He brought my lunch to the table with a friendly smile and presented everything very professionally. He is very well presented, polite and provides excellent customer service. A special thank you also to Alan for delivering my room service dinner. Again, the service was professional, friendly and welcoming. The meal was presented very well and delivered with a smile, which really stood out. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and the service provided by the staff. Highly recommended and I look forward to staying again

This is a really lovely place to stay. It was so clean and tidy. Super close to everything. The staff were lovely, helpful and made everything super easy. Also you cannot hear the planes at all! Which I was super surprised about but very happy and I need quite to sleep😅 Would 100% recommend.

Have stayed at Rydges GCA several times now. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Restaurant offers nice meals at reasonable prices. Location is convenient especially for early flights. Best thing about the hotel is the staff - professional and very helpful - especially Noye at the front desk who helped us amend our booking ! Highly recommend

Close to a 5 for value, amenities and service. Rooms are super clean and tidy and well organised. Decor beautiful and modern. I'd recommend it for anyone settling in after a long flight or before an early one!

We received such a warm welcome at Rydges despite arriving unexpectedly, and the whole team showed incredible kindness and genuine care throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and everything felt clean and carefully looked after, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Also, the staff were absolutely lovely, professional, and truly human, thank you again for your hospitality and support it meant a lot to us.
