Best time to come here: MONDAY 5PM to 7PM because all the foods are 50% off! 300g Sirloin ($23, $46 on non-special time): Served with a choice of sauce (peppercorn), chips and salad. Medium rare has always been my favourite doneness and not perfectly cooked to how I wanted, succulent steak. The chips taste great but not the best, just ordinary. Besides, non-alcoholic drinks cost from $4 to $6, and ALTR drinks all cost $7.2. It’s also a great place for pool sharks or any people interested in pool. However, the kitchen already made my food and forgot to deliver, but the staff was nice and apologised. Overall, best restaurant to come for dinner on Mondays, decent service, 9 out of 10!

Visited the Cavill last night for pizza and a few drinks. Food was delicious and service was phenomenal. The bartenders were very friendly and made us feel welcome. When we had to make a few tweaks to our meal, Eli was very accommodating which I am very grateful for because it seems to be rare these days. I don’t usually ask staff for their names or write reviews but credit is given where credit is due. Will definitely be back again!

My wife and I decided to come to his hotel on a Saturday night on the Easter weekend. We walked in with an appointment and sat on a table of two at the window. I ordered the chicken. Palmer my wife had battered fish and chips. I asked for a salad with no onion and my chicken schnitzel was absolutely fantastic. It was a full 300 g fillet. It was juicy and tasty. The chips were crispy and generous serve. So was a salad. My wife’s beer battered fish and chips was also excellent . I must compliment chef Stephen who I introduced myself to. We did not have a very long wait as the restaurant was not that busy but I must say that the quality of the food served to us tonight was excellent and I’ve been to many pubs and restaurants in Australia and write pubs Palma as one of the best. Thank you to the team at the Cavill hotel.

Never eaten here before, I ordered a Chicken Parmi through uber eats and it was very yummy, large portion too! it came fast and was still hot. i did order mushroom sauce and paid extra for it but didn’t receive it. Instead i got mayo and gravy which was sort of runny , but other than that it was worth the price and i’d definitely buy again

Great place for a great feed. Was up on the gold coast for a family holiday. Was craving a good (nothing fancy) feed and thats exactly wat it was.. cant go wrong with a Parmi and cheesy bacon garlic bread haha. Took me 7 days to find a feed this good but we got there on the last night on the Gold Coast before heading back to Melbourne. Also arrived during happy hour so a few pints went to down well 👌 Great service, great feed. Highly reccomend Thanks guys and gals
