Attended for a work Christmas function with pre-booked bays, and overall it was a great experience. The food was the standout. Good variety and genuinely tasty. Colleagues had a lot of fun hitting balls and mixing it up with the different game options available. We also had staff assigned to our bay for food and drinks as part of the package, which made the whole afternoon very easy. The only downside was around the booking: we’d initially catered for extra staff, but when a few couldn’t attend due to the recent storms and work commitments, there was no refund or flexibility - full price still applied. Aside from that, it was a well-run and enjoyable event venue.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a fantastic experience at Topgolf thanks to Michelle. I took my wife, daughter and mother and from the moment we arrived she was absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever an issue for her and she went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after and having a great time. Michelle was friendly, attentive and made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Customer service like that really stands out and made our visit memorable. Thanks again Michelle — you’re an absolute asset to Topgolf! We’ll definitely be back.

What a fantastic experience! I genuinely enjoyed it. The customer service was great, the bay host was really friendly, and the game itself was a lot of fun. We played for just 30 minutes as a couple and felt it was worth every dollar.

The facility was fantastic, staff were great, food looked good however I didn't indulge. It was really busy but that's what I expected for a Saturday night, we only had to wait about 20 minutes for a bay and I was stoked to be right in the corner away from the majority of the noise and people. Overall my wife and I enjoyed ourselves however I found the cost to be a bit much for only 2 people, I think there's more value to be had in a larger group.

Such a fun spot even if you’re not a golfer. It’s still a good laugh and easy to spend a few hours here with the games, food and drinks. Great vibe and the staff were on to it.
