LiTO is our signature Italian restaurant located on the ground level, offering a vibrant dining experience with a menu inspired by fresh, coastal flavours. Adjacent to the restaurant is LiTO Presto – a charming takeaway café nook perfect for your morning coffee or a quick bite on the go. The space can be divided and hired for semi-private events, making it an ideal setting for a relaxed lunch or dinner booking or an intimate gathering. For something a little more social, the semi-private outdoor terrace is perfect for arrival drinks and mingling before your Mondrian event begins.

The Vee Room, one of our Unique Spaces, located on our exclusive top level (Level 24), is a stunning private function space that offers sweeping views of the ocean and coastline. Perfectly suited for a seated dinner, cocktail-style event, private meeting space with a view, or an intimate celebration, the space is incredibly versatile to suit your needs. Doubling as our Sky House accommodation, you also have the option to extend your experience with an overnight stay - or two - making it ideal for special occasions that deserve a little extra time to celebrate.

The Cabanas, located outside by the Pool Club on Level 3, offer the perfect setting for an intimate and relaxed celebration. Available for hire with a minimum spend per cabana, they provide a stylish space to enjoy the vibrant poolside atmosphere while creating a laid-back yet memorable event experience.
