Don't forget to visit the Wallaby Hotel. I really enjoy the restaurant, bar and pokie room. The atmosphere is great with many fun events & different genres of bands always playing. The staff are fabulous, JJ. Emma & particularly Kelly she is awesome & always on the ball & when she is on the whole room is kept so clean & especially in the smoking area which so many other venues neglect. I was confused by a previous comment regarding Kelly but it sounds like sour grapes to me as Kelly is well respected & loved by all of us who have been going there for many years. So Yes! I certainly recommend this venue.

Shout out to Kara and the boys cooking up a storm in the kitchen on Anzac Day! Our table enjoyed an array of different meals and they were all superb. The food was fresh and delicious. Can highly recommend the beef tacos, barramundi and the ribs. The service team were under the pump and so efficient. Always lovely to visit this venue and be greeted with a smile. Thanks again so much, from table 27. See you again soon 🤩

Food quality dropped, hope they can improve. We ordered fish and chips, one with batter and another was grilled. The fish portion was much smaller, the chips were a different type and ….,⭐️⭐️ , we had very nice fat chips last time. Salad fresh , but presentation could be better. I returned for dinner because I had good fish and chips here last time, but this visit was disappointing. Fish & chips $29.

I used to frequent the Wallaby as it was a great place to hang out, especially on a Sunday with a band. I dropped in on Sunday for a quick drink with my girlfriend. No live music, the greeting and service was average at best. A house wine and a tap beer cost over $28, the beer tasted horrible, like the lines had not been cleaned and the wine was also difficult to drink. Maybe why there were not many people there. Not like the old days, will not be going back under this management.
