Reviews for Cascade Brewery Bar

What an awesome experience at Cascade Brewery! đș From start to finish, the tour was informative, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Itâs not just about beer (although that part is great đ), itâs about history, tradition, and storytelling done really well. The guide explained the beer-making process in a clear and engaging way, making it easy to understand even if youâre not a beer expert. Learning how beer is brewed, from raw ingredients to the final product, was fascinating and very well presented. What really made this tour special was the strong connection to Tasmaniaâs history. đïž Hearing about the convict era and how the brewery is tied to those early days added a powerful sense of place. You truly feel like youâre walking through a living piece of Australian history. And then⊠the tasting paddle đ» â the perfect way to finish! A great selection of beers, beautifully served, and a fun way to experience the range Cascade has to offer. Overall, this tour strikes the perfect balance between learning and enjoyment. Highly recommended for visitors, locals, history lovers, and beer lovers alike. Donât miss it! đ

The food was delicious - the chips are a mega standout for me! They have a strange obsession with pickles in everything but I canât say I minded. They accommodated our celiac party member with ease as well. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to make sure youâre looked after and everything is all as expected. They really make it feel homey! Great lunch spot.

What a great find, just outside of Hobart CBD. This place is steeped in history and surrounded by the most beautiful gardens and greenery. The food was absolutely delicious! Next time I'm in Hobart, this is one of my first stops!

This place is popular for good reason. Book in advance. Theres plenty of beers from various breweries and the food was really good but the portions a bit on the small size for the price. The parma was only average and I would skip it as it was a bit tough. Smash burger was awesome. And the Brisket was a highlight.
