We recently stayed overnight at the Pavilion with my 2-year-old son and had such a lovely experience. I was initially hesitant to book after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we did because the property exceeded our expectations. The Pavilion was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, and perfect for a little getaway with a toddler. I would definitely recommend a walk through video tour on their website because the place is actually stunning and the photos on their website don’t do it justice. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, arranging a cot for us and allowing an early check-in, which made travelling with a young child so much easier. One of the highlights was the animals. My son was thrilled when the chickens and ducks came right up to greet us, and it added so much charm to our stay. There were a couple of minor issues, the microwave didn’t appear to be working despite being plugged in, and the lounge room TV near the balcony wouldn’t connect to the internet. However, these weren’t deal-breakers for us, especially as the TV in the bedroom worked perfectly fine. Contrary to some reviews I had read, we found the accommodation to be very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful and well planned. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future.

The best stay I have had so far in Hobart. The venue was clean, exactly looked (even better) than it was shown on photos, staff are really helpful and friendly, and gosh the animals are adorable!! Forgot to take photos of the room since I was too excited to explore, but I promise you, everything was spotless, new, cozy, and just perfect. I could stay for weeks here, really. They have beautiful areas that you could walk and explore, take photos of, and when they’re in season, you could do some fruit picking as well. Would 1000% come back!! ✨✨

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Iron Creek Bay Estate during our first visit to Tasmania. The experience was truly relaxing, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful—especially the farm, which added a peaceful and unique charm to our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and cooperative. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We also had breakfast at the restaurant, and it was a great experience. The restaurant was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious, adding even more enjoyment to our stay. However, we did experience one issue that was quite unexpected. An older housekeeping staff member opened our room door without knocking, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed. This was surprising and a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that incident, everything else was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful team stay at Iron Creek Bay Estate. The hospitality and professionalism of the team were outstanding, and every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. The estate itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds and delightful animals that made the experience even more special. Our rooms in the pavilions were spacious, immaculately clean and very well appointed. The food was fantastic — I’m still thinking about the pumpkin dish! However the breakfast could do with a bit of an update. Thank you for such a lovely experience, anyone considering this place for a corporate workshop, I would highly recommend it and suggest booking the pavilions. We hope to visit again.

This was one of the best farm stays we've ever had. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews here. Not only is the grounds huge and well laid out, but it's also very well maintained, as are the rooms. We received a very, very friendly welcome and even got an upgrade. The bungalow also had a cozy lounge in addition to the rooms. All in all, very relaxing.
