We had a wonderful stay at The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel. I would especially like to thank Kylie at reception. Our luggage was delayed by the airline, and she went above and beyond to help us by contacting the airline and following up on our behalf. Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care made a very stressful situation much easier for us. Kylie provided outstanding customer service, and we are truly grateful for all her help. She is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay such a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

Rang to book accommodation because my husband was being taken to royal Hobart hospital and they fitted me in last minute, with parking and all a great rate. The room was clean, warm with all the amenities I needed, room service was great, parking was easy, the buffet breakfast was amazing! A few days later when my husband was released I needed a room closer to the entrance so he didn’t have to walk far and they accommodated me for that too Highly Recommended

A fantastic place to stay! The cleanliness, staff and location was amazing! The 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Everything is in walking distance to the pier, city & Salamanca. Tour buses depart from the Pier and your surrounded by so many options to dine and enjoy the local produce and seafood! Thank you Woolstore staff for your kind and welcoming hospitality. I highly recommend it. We had an amazing time.

Our group of four, two couples, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was faultless from the booking procedure (I booked direct on their website), through to arrival, check-in etc. We had two Studio Appartments which were spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s such a convenient location that once we arrived and parked the car we didn’t use the car again until we checked out.

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt so warm and welcoming. The beautiful heritage charm gives it so much character, while still being incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic — an easy walking distance to the port and so many great spots around Hobart. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Loved Hobart 🤍
