Stayed over the years a few times now. Super stay every time !! Friendly , happy staff smiling makes a difference in this day an age for us older ones. Was a three day break and well enjoyed as always. Breakfast was tip top !! Coffee was excellent. Plenty of places for Lunch and dinner close by a small walk , down the elevator to the boardwalk. Awesome balcony for relaxing watching the world go by. Room was super clean and tidy and well maintained. Will be back again for sure many thanks to the staff very enjoyable break.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming reception was a fantastic start to our holiday. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm, making the check-in process smooth and instantly setting a relaxed tone for our stay. Our apartment was the definition of comfortable luxury. It was spacious, and provided all the amenities we could possibly need—truly a home away from home. Every detail felt considered, which contributed greatly to our comfort. A special mention must go to the bed, which was incredibly comfy and made for an excellent night's sleep after a full day of exploring Mandurah. The entire room was so inviting, clean, and beautifully presented. The hotel boasts a picturesque location. It was wonderfully convenient to simply stroll along the boardwalk and easily find a restaurant for dinner each night. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a high standard of service and accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and will certainly be recommending The Sebel Mandurah to friends and family.

The overall service at the hotel is excellent, and the location is convenient, being close to key attractions and transportation options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering ample space for relaxation. However, the bathrooms are a significant drawback; the grouting between the tiles is stained and moldy, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. This issue needs urgent attention, as neglecting bathroom cleanliness can quickly diminish the overall guest experience and give a poor impression of the hotel's maintenance standards.

Nice sized rooms, very clean. Room Service was only for a small selection of mini bar items. Small but tasty breakfast options in the breakfast room (no in room dining). No free bottled water Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. Easy walking access to literally hundreds of restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

To all the lovely staff at Sebel Mandurah thank you once again for a fantastic stay. We have enjoyed our break and this time my wife was well enough to relax and enjoy her holiday.
