We had their food as room service and we were very happy with everything. The steak was cooked perfectly, the pasta was full of meat and flavour and the garlic bread was really delicious. They were very quick as well.

Early dinner here before the show and it’s lovely to relax have a drink and a lovely meal which is presented well, fresh and served with a smile. The garlic bread was too bready otherwise everything else was just right: good value for $. Just wish their wine list by the glass was available and that would have made it perfect.

Great food, friendly service. Always look forward to dining here. Hidden away inside the Novotel West HQ on Level 1, 33Grill is a little gem. They have a good selection of food on their regular menu and sometimes have amazing chefs specials. My favourite dish is the 500g Grass Fed Rib Eye steaks and the deep fried Yamba Prawns. The steaks are juicy and tender, and the temperature is consistent every time. They have a kids menu available for the fussy diners and the staff are always happy to help with recommendations. I highly recommend 33Grill to everyone, especially Accor Plus members. This restaurant also participates in the Accor Plus program.

Quality, creative and affordable dishes! I love this place, have dined here a dozen or so times and the food is consistently fantastic. The staff are so welcoming and provide a lovely personal experience. Good range of drinks at the bar. Struggling to fault this place!

DECENT FOOD FOR THE PRICE Menu 33 is the Novotel HQ's inhouse restaurant. It is located on level 1 of the hotel and offers a relatively small range of menu options, with a focus on steaks. Its fine for a business dinner after work but its not the sort of place you'd go for a romantic dinner. the service is fine, the decor is OK but it just doesn't have the right ambiance. We (2 of us) ordered a main each which came with a choice of two side dishes - we both chose the bean and rocket-pear salad. The steak was acceptable but not memorable but overall the serving size was good and the service fairly prompt. The waitress went to the effort of bringing us a sample tasting of two wines to help us decide which to order. People with mobility issue s will be fine as it is all on one level with elevator access from lobby and rooms. Bathroom on the same level.
