I recently spent four days at the Crowne Plaza, and thanks to Roselle at the front desk, it truly felt like coming home. From the moment I arrived, she made everything smooth, easy, and warmly welcoming. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care created an atmosphere that put me at ease straight away. It’s rare to encounter someone who can turn a hotel stay into something memorable and personal, but Roselle did exactly that. I’m grateful for her exceptional service — she made my time here feel comfortable, cared for, and special. Thank you, Roselle. You set the standard for hospitality.

The staff at thrle hotel were very nice and helpful. The hotelis very well located and tge room was very nice and functional. Room tempreature was easy to control. The hitel cleanliness was very good. The breakfast omlette and coffee at breakfast were excellent but the rest of Breakfast was a catasrophe! The chemical spew trying to impersonate orange juice was disgraceful and the other offerings would be sub par at a HIX. It needs a lot of improvement but the room was very nice and with some care and attention could be appropriate to a Crowne Plazza.

My partner and I stayed the night here recently after I had a really big health scare. It was exactly what we needed! It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The Skye bar was gorgeous and a really nice vibe. I couldn't drink alcohol but my partner could and he said it was perfect. Staff were so friendly, and the room service was amazing. Note, the waffles for breakfast are delicious!! The shower was HOT which is perfect cause I love a boiling shower. Definitely felt a little to bogan for this place but it was such an awesome experience!

Future brides beware. Over promise and under deliver. Rude communication from the new manager when asking about my accommodation booking for my wedding. They have cancelled my getting ready area for my wedding 10 weeks out. I understand there are now Reno’s in the works but they’ve given me no solutions or sympathy which has put such stress on me.

We had lunch at Artisaint, 2 teenagers and 3 adults. Adam appeared to be the only front of house with a chef in back. Sunday afternoon and not only was the serving tasty and filling, but he was attentive, kind and thoughtful. He was constantly on the go, making coffees, taking orders, cleaning tables. He turned our special lunch into more than just a meal. Thank you Adam for your kindness
