My family and I had a terrific stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave me a surprise for my birthday and made me feel special! The breakfast was extraordinary with numerous options for food and drinks. And the location was perfect for sight-seeing around Sydney. We walked daily to the nearby Central Station to get around town or travel a few hours on rail, too. Highly recommended!

I am staying at Four Points by Sheraton for a business trip and the service here is absolutely exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and totally quiet with amazing waterfall-head showers. The fitness center is small but nice and was not too crowded when I used it. The absolute best part of the experience has been the staff - I am Marriott Platinum and my status was recognized which allowed for a room upgrade and other perks. The staff have been overwhelmingly kind to me and my colleague and even greet us by name at breakfast. You couldn’t ask for better service! Speaking of breakfast, the breakfast buffet is exceptional. Location is convenient to subway and to UTS (right across the street) as well as fantastic bars, shopping and restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again in future

Had a really pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park, and I especially want to compliment Christina for her exceptional hospitality. After arriving from a red-eye flight feeling completely exhausted, Christina went above and beyond to help arrange an early check-in so I could freshen up and rest earlier than expected. Small gestures like this honestly make a huge difference after a long flight, and her attentiveness, professionalism, and super friendly personality were truly appreciated. She made the entire arrival experience feel warm and welcoming right from the start. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious, cosy, and well-maintained, while the lobby and common areas had a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. Location is also very convenient with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Big thank you again to Christina for making the stay such a smooth and pleasant one. Definitely one of the standout service experiences during my trip.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many attractions, making it very convenient to get around the city. What made my experience even better was the outstanding service from Sara. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. She assisted me with directions and local recommendations, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. After some previous disappointments with this hotel chain, her professionalism and genuine care for guests completely changed my experience. Thanks to Sara and the great location, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return!!

I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the appalling service at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park. My family booked two 2-Double-Bed rooms for 3 nights, and the hotel completely ruined our trip and the main purpose of our travel to Australia. Here are the two major issues we encountered: 1. Fraudulent Bait-and-Switch on Extra Bed: Before booking, I explicitly asked via the hotel chat if an extra bed could be added to a 2-Double-Bed room. They clearly replied YES. Based on this promise, I made the reservation. On July 9, I requested the bed to be set up the next day, and the chat staff agreed, promising it would be done by 11 AM on July 10. However, when we returned on the night of July 10, the front desk bluntly refused, claiming it violated "fire safety regulations," even though the room only had 4 occupants. They then had the audacity to tell me to book an additional room if we wanted more space. Tricking guests into checking in with false promises and then refusing the service is outright deceptive. 2. Lost Laundry Right Before a Wedding: On July 9, I used their laundry service to press a suit (jacket and trousers) and a shirt. On July 10, they returned the jacket and shirt, but my black Hugo Boss suit trousers were MISSING. I am attending a wedding tomorrow morning (July 11), which is my primary reason for coming to Australia. The hotel's response? They said they would "look into it tomorrow" and the earliest they could return it would be tomorrow afternoon—which is completely useless as the wedding will be over by then. The management’s gross incompetence, broken promises, and dismissive attitude have utterly ruined our family vacation and a major life event. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you expect basic honesty and reliability. Worst Marriott property experience ever.
