Easy access to hotel from Central train Station. Room was big enough for 3 people, beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Only one duvet for two persons, as an european I don’t prefer that. But we managed. Aircon was maybe too effective but luckily adjustable. Service was good and all staff were very friendly. We did not have breakfast but there are places nearby, Starbucks was our choice. For general moving around in Sydney, we used trains, buses, trams and walked a LOT. Tap on-tap off with a card was very easy in public transports.

Everyone and everything has been awesome about my stay. The bedding and pillows are very comfortable and I am kind of picky about those. The shower has two options - handheld and rainwater and both are really nice. I’ve not had any trouble getting hot water instead of lukewarm. Shriya checked me in and helped me print work paperwork tonight. She was very kind and patient with me and I appreciated her assistance. I had to extend my travels due to an injury and the manager remembered and asked me how I was healing.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in sydney but this one has is a stand out. Not only is it close to food, transport and entertainment; the customer service was amazing. Ines at the front desk was so accommodating to myself and my family. It was our first stay but she made it feel like we were returning customers. We will definately be back

We had a great stay for our first day in Australia. We were traveling from the US and they were so kind to let us check in early and get settled after a long day. The staff was amazing. We were here for our anniversary trip and they went above and beyond- came back to drinks and chocolate cake in our room. Only down side is I wish it was a bit closer to the main attractions but the central station is about a 10 min walk and we used that a bunch. Thanks again for our great warm welcome!

⭐️⭐️⭐️½ — Decent stay with great location but some hygiene issues I recently stayed three nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park, and overall it was a mixed experience. The positives: The room itself was comfortable and modern, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from Central Station, which makes getting around Sydney incredibly easy. The area also has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, so you’re never short on options for coffee, groceries, or dining. The negatives: Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. As shown in the photos, there was a noticeable bloodstain on the skirting of the bed frame, which was quite concerning. It remained there throughout my stay, even after housekeeping came in, which raises questions about the thoroughness of the room cleaning. Additionally, there was a drain on the bathroom floor near the sink that emitted an unpleasant odor. I understand this type of drain setup is common in Australian hotels, but in this case, it produced a persistent stench that required me to cover it with a wet cloth to keep the smell from spreading into the rest of the room. Overall: While the location and staff make this hotel convenient and comfortable in many ways, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing. With some attention to housekeeping and bathroom ventilation, this could easily be a five-star experience. As it stands, I would rate my stay 3.5 out of 5 stars.
