I am staying at Four Points by Sheraton for a business trip and the service here is absolutely exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and totally quiet with amazing waterfall-head showers. The fitness center is small but nice and was not too crowded when I used it. The absolute best part of the experience has been the staff - I am Marriott Platinum and my status was recognized which allowed for a room upgrade and other perks. The staff have been overwhelmingly kind to me and my colleague and even greet us by name at breakfast. You couldn’t ask for better service! Speaking of breakfast, the breakfast buffet is exceptional. Location is convenient to subway and to UTS (right across the street) as well as fantastic bars, shopping and restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again in future

We loved every moment of our stay with Four Points 😍 The staff were very friendly & approachable at the service desk, the bar & breakfast room. Surya was very professional and polite and was willing to engage in conversations which really made it a special visit. We made a last minute romantic dinner, Yuni & Agust were handled the service so well. Loved every moment of it. Thank you so much for making our short trip very memorable. We had a pleasant stay here for 5 nights in April. Our 1st time in Australia. The staff very tentative and friendly. Room a bit small. Didn't get upgraded with platinum status because we need 2 beds. Some area in the shower has mold and because the shower and the rest of the bathroom floor even so can be very wet after shower. Breakfast was great. Many selections of hot and cold options. Location , small shopping center with some food court option, supermarket, and bakery nearby. Central station is walkable. We walked everyday there to start our day to explore. Spice alley with many option of food nearby. Building just nearby UTS building.

This is a fantastic positioned establishment, and it's getting the 5 star treatment for a well earned reason. The staff make you feel like you're visiting family, they go out of their way to help you enjoy the stay even more than you would expect, and they make sure if something is happening, you'll get to enjoy it ,maybe even with a little surprise 😁 Everything is just a few steps away, central station is an easy short walk , the bar and food options on-site and around a so good, trust me none leave you hungry 👍😋 The beds a pillows are so comfortable, I had the best sleep while away in ages, the water pressure was very good, and stayed nice and hot I would highly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay And the staff at the front desk are the best you will ever meet 😄

⭐️⭐️⭐️½ — Decent stay with great location but some hygiene issues I recently stayed three nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park, and overall it was a mixed experience. The positives: The room itself was comfortable and modern, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from Central Station, which makes getting around Sydney incredibly easy. The area also has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, so you’re never short on options for coffee, groceries, or dining. The negatives: Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. As shown in the photos, there was a noticeable bloodstain on the skirting of the bed frame, which was quite concerning. It remained there throughout my stay, even after housekeeping came in, which raises questions about the thoroughness of the room cleaning. Additionally, there was a drain on the bathroom floor near the sink that emitted an unpleasant odor. I understand this type of drain setup is common in Australian hotels, but in this case, it produced a persistent stench that required me to cover it with a wet cloth to keep the smell from spreading into the rest of the room. Overall: While the location and staff make this hotel convenient and comfortable in many ways, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing. With some attention to housekeeping and bathroom ventilation, this could easily be a five-star experience. As it stands, I would rate my stay 3.5 out of 5 stars.
