Our stunning rooftop cocktail lounge is located on LVL 5 of the Hotel Palisade. This picturesque location boasts panoramic views of Sydney Harbour including the Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, Walsh Bay, Barangaroo and Balmain. This space also includes a balcony on the east side of the building. Our functions include hosts and bartenders, dedicated to serving your group throughout the duration of your event.

Great view on the top floor. It was a hot day and I was worried about it maybe too hot. But their aircon is definitely doing a great job! Nice wine and cocktails menu. Food menu was limited but nice flavour. Excellent music with the DJ. Everyone was happy and friendly except one 🤫. But who cares! I had a great time.

We were there for work Christmas drinks in January. Too busy in December. We had their set menu, which was Middle Eastern/ North African flavours, modern and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. One of the best views in Sydney, I would highly recommend, especially if you need to take O/S visitors out for a special evening. Only drawback, was that the wine menu was a little pricey.

The man at the bar who checked us in said we had the best room in the hotel. It did have a 4th floor balcony and high ceilings and a comfy bed. But it also had a a broken window blind that didn't lower so we were awoken by the bright morning sun. The light over the bathroom sink had no bulbs, the kitchenette had no soap. And there were a few roaches.

What a great lunch ! Fabulous old pub with refurb. Bar staff are friendly & enjoy working there . Pub gets busy for lunch so make sure you book ahead. Food was very nice . Enjoy :)

This is a long standing pub that still offers rooms above the pub. It's a solid clean 2 star venue in a great location for both Barangaroo and The Rocks and Circular Quay. The only warning is it doesn't have air conditioning (it does have a heater). No air con in Sydney is a big risk from December through March, so travelers need to consider this before booking. Check-in is at the bar, but unfortunately there was no one available who could help me get the TV working or sort out a light that didn't work.

These adjacent rooms are located on level 4 of Henry Deane and hold a maximum capacity of 55 guests. This private room is located on Level 4 of Henry Deane and holds a maximum capacity of 30 guests. The space is designed for cocktail style gatherings, has a lounge feel with various seating options, and boasts a semi-private balcony to enjoy the direct Harbour Bridge and Luna Park views.

Henry Deane - The Dining Chamber
The Dining Chamber is semi encased in glass boasting water views of Darling Harbour and Sydney’s Anzac Bridge. It’s a semi-private space with the option to be made private by a curtain. The Dining Chamber is conveniently located next to our level 4 bar and has a combination of seating and standing space, with the ability for your group to move around and mingle.
For groups of 10 or less, you may choose our set menu or dine a la carte.
For groups of 11-15, you may choose from our grazing boards and canape menu.
Drinks are upon consumption.
Henry Deane - The Flying Fox
The Flying Fox is located on the top floor of the venue and is the only bookable large area on level 5 of Henry Deane. It is our most premium area and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. The area is encased in glass and displays 360-degree views from The Harbour Bridge right around to Walsh Bay.
You may choose our set menu or dine a la carte. If you’re just drinking, beverages are upon consumption.
