Fast check in and great location. Everything in the Sydney CBD is within easy walking distance. Thank you for the free upgrade when we checked in. Room was a nice size with fabulous views over Darling Harbour. Good bar facilities on Level 14 with Zephyr Bar. Showers was hot with good pressure. Bed was plush with good pillows and blankets. Room was clean. Filtered water was within easy reach near the lifts. Check out can get busy at 11am. All in all it was a good stay at a comfortable and centrally located hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. The positive experience started during the check-in process where we were served by this friendly gentleman named Satwan. We had arrived about 2 hours ahead of check-in time after a lengthy journey and Satwan was happy to check us in. His friendly and welcoming personality really got our stay to a great start. The room itself was beautiful and we had a good view of Darling Harbour. The cocktail bar downstairs was also really enjoyable.

Great stay at the Hyatt Regency Sydney. The breakfast is amazing with tons of variety and options. There is Asian food, western food, fruit, pastries and more. Our king bedroom in the Tower was nice. The main difference between Tower and non-Tower is that the Tower is newer and has bigger windows. It is a farther walk from the elevators if you care about that. One thing that could be improved is getting rid of ticky tack fees. For example if you order room service they add a mandatory A$8 fee just to bring it upstairs to you. Uber Eats doesn’t even charge that much to go across town. And then you can’t even pick up your order to eliminate the fee. Note: this hotel does not have a pool, but it does have a spa and gym. You can also hear road noise even from the 10th floor as it is directly adjacent to a major roadway. It’s a low muffle.

yatt truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay, with friendly and attentive staff at every touchpoint. The food was outstanding, from the room service meals to the delicious breakfast selection. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful harbour view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel experience

Stayed here at Hyatt regency for a few days during our recent Sydney trip! Location was amazing and our room had a gorgeous harbour view that could see the darling harbour fireworks on Saturday night! Friendly service from front reception staff and gorgeous rooftop bar for uninterrupted night view of darling harbour! The only downside is corridor and decor is slight dated but room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay that we thoroughly enjoy. Will be back next time.
