We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. The positive experience started during the check-in process where we were served by this friendly gentleman named Satwan. We had arrived about 2 hours ahead of check-in time after a lengthy journey and Satwan was happy to check us in. His friendly and welcoming personality really got our stay to a great start. The room itself was beautiful and we had a good view of Darling Harbour. The cocktail bar downstairs was also really enjoyable.

Excellent service from Taimur at check-in! We recently stayed at Hyatt and had a wonderful experience thanks to Taimur at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he made our check-in smooth and welcoming. He went out of his way to secure us a great room with a stunning view of Darling Harbour, which truly made our stay memorable. Taimur was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout — he took care of everything we needed without us having to ask twice. It's rare to come across such thoughtful and dedicated hospitality, and he deserves real recognition for it. Thank you so much, Taimur, for going above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend asking for him if you're checking in!

yatt truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay, with friendly and attentive staff at every touchpoint. The food was outstanding, from the room service meals to the delicious breakfast selection. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful harbour view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel experience

Stayed here at Hyatt regency for a few days during our recent Sydney trip! Location was amazing and our room had a gorgeous harbour view that could see the darling harbour fireworks on Saturday night! Friendly service from front reception staff and gorgeous rooftop bar for uninterrupted night view of darling harbour! The only downside is corridor and decor is slight dated but room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay that we thoroughly enjoy. Will be back next time.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate us when we asked for an upgrade. Room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing is our toilet kept running and we had to keep pressing the flush button to make it stop. I went to the gym and it was nice and had majority of equipment needed. Overall mum and I enjoyed our time here throughly and would recommend😊
