We regularly use Karstens Sydney for our workshops and they continue to impress every time. The on-site team, led by the fantastic Sam and supported by the bright and bubbly Ellen, are always friendly, efficient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Their sales team is also a dream to work with. They are responsive, flexible, and always able to tailor contracts and logistics to suit our event needs seamlessly. Excellent service, great value, and a venue we’re always confident using for our clients. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Good facilities, however the WIFI in some of the breakout rooms is not good. When we enquired about it, we were told that we did not ask for the upgrade package, which includes better WIFI! I would have thought in this day and age, that usable WIFI would be a baseline offering for any mediation centre, and that it would be included in the cost of hiring the rooms. Disappointing.

Cornerstone Performance Management held a two day Knowledge Share conference for our people at Karstens Sydney at the end of July. Nothing was a problem, every last minute issue was fixable, the venue and their wonderful team were utterly professional and incredibly accommodating. We had two days of back to back sessions with lots of external presenters and feedback across the board from staff and guests was glowing. Thank you Bea and Lucy in Sydney, and Sara in Melbourne, for your hard work and fantastic support. If you are looking for a professional venue with world class staff I highly recommend Karstens, they are brilliant.
