I had a really great stay here. The reception staff were lovely and the room was spotless with plenty of space and a nice big balcony. The bed was huge and super comfortable. I enjoyed the food and drinks at the bistro downstairs, and the bonus breakfast with a morning coffee was such a nice touch. The location is beautiful as well. I will definitely be coming back.

Midweek stay. We were very impressed by the hotel especially having the bistro on site for meals as it was a raining heavily during our stay. The free parking, free waters and the welcome drinks all added our overall enjoyment.

Simple clean rooms. The gentlemen who checked us in and the house keeping staff were friendly. We were charged an extra $20 to check out at 11am instead of 10am.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for one night and, while the facilities themselves were lovely, I was very disappointed with the quality of service we received from Andrew, who appeared to be handling administrative check-ins, and hotel guests. From the outset, his manner was unwelcoming and unnecessarily curt, over the phone and in person. Despite this being a hospitality role, he did not smile or extend even the most basic courtesies upon our arrival. Unfortunately, this attitude was not only directed toward me, but also toward other members of my family. Having stayed at many hotels over the years, I can confidently say that this level of service is well below the standard of professionalism one should expect. Hospitality is about more than simply processing a check-in — it is about creating a welcoming environment, especially for guests who may have travelled long distances. I feel this is an area the hotel seriously needs to address, as it impacted our overall impression of the stay.

Definitely not kid friendly, terrible management. Sent number of emails with no reply. Cancelled my reservation with no explanation. Disappointing because the rooms are nice and are in a great location, the receptionist on the front desk was lovely but the way management treat their guests is unacceptable, no loyalty to valued, paying guests, very disappointing experience. Foods not even that great, don’t waste your money, stay else where.
