I am sincerely grateful for the prompt responses I received from Elias over email that enabled my booking. Despite the seriousness of my travelling to Sydney, Asma took very good care of me from check-in to check-out. Her warm friendliness and compassion to my questions was very considerate. She was also kind, approachable, and incredibly supportive of my requests. Kristina from front desk was very cheerful when providing suggestions in the area. Julie from the bar was able to tend to all my orders with grace. It was a busy period for the hotel and lots of rainfall, but I am impressed by how these female powerhouses kept everything running smoothly. For me, the best part about staying here is the cleanliness, where no pets are allowed, so I can keep my health and hygiene. Also, the water tap in the lobby is a nice upgrade from the last time I stayed here; and the umbrellas (upon request) helped me navigate the heavy rain fall outside. Finally, the central location and close accessibility to all public transport made the location very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay from 20–22 June. The location is excellent, hotel was clean, breakfast was good (my son loves their warm pancake), comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. As ACCOR Platinum member, we were able to reserve a parking spot with no cost but only on our 2nd day as the first day, their only-4-available spaces were reserved by other guest A special thank you to the receptionist lady named Michelle (she was on duty when we checked in), she help us bringing our bags up to our room even if thats not her job. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. She also delieverd us some sewing kit up to the room when we needed on. Her genuine care made us feel truly welcomed, and she is a real asset to the hotel. Thank you, Michelle, for your outstanding hospitality! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

The location is definitely a highlight—super convenient with plenty of things nearby. The room size was good and everything was clean and well maintained. I was a bit concerned after reading reviews about thin walls, but honestly it was fine during my stay. You can hear some noise from the hallway, but that’s pretty unavoidable in most hotels. Breakfast wasn’t really worth it in my opinion. It’s not terrible, just quite average—tried it once and that was enough. The good thing is there are heaps of great breakfast spots around, so you’re better off exploring outside. Overall, a comfortable stay mainly thanks to the location.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good location, friendly and helpful staff. One star off because of the breakfast buffet. Price increased by ~ $10 to $38 this year and the variety of food has reduced. Also, coffee is coffeepot which tastes horrible and not barista coffee or even the coffee machine. Very disappointing and I've stopped having breakfast here because of all this. Expected better for the price and hotel.

Stayed two nights, with a four year old. Little one enjoyed the indoor heated pool, and the easy access to kids movies in room. Location was what we were after, being an easy walk to the harbour, which was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable, however the windows, could use some additional glazing, and entry door to room seemed to let in internal hallway noise, was loud at moments at night. Stayed at the Stamford plaza Sydney airport, the night before at $200 a night, with a very quiet room, to compare costs..Overal the location is perfect with easy access to parking.
