I took my wife here with some of our friends and was greeted by Waleed whom was super welcoming. He provided amazing hospitality and went above and beyond for us in making sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Waleed and JP at reception were very polite and helpful. The rest of the staff were amazing - house keeping and catering. Everyone always smiling and saying hello. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here last night to be closer to a bestfriends wedding venue. The hotel is quite easy to find and very close to alot of restaurants/shops/light rail or public transport. Thank you to Waleed who made sure we were comfortable and made check in smooth and easy! The hotel room was clean, very spacious and had great amenities to help us prep for the wedding. The bed was comfortable and thankfully also the aircon was great to retreat to on a humid day!

I booked a stay at Novotel Parramatta as I wanted to enjoy a few days on my own, and overall it was a lovely experience.
Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, which instantly made me feel welcome. When I first saw my room, it felt a little small for my liking, so I called reception. Within minutes, they kindly upgraded me to an executive room, which I truly appreciated.
The service throughout my stay was prompt and professional. The upgraded room was comfortable, clean, and much more enjoyable. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, responsiveness, and hospitality.
I’d definitely consider staying here again and appreciate how well the staff handled my request so efficiently.

The hotel feels quite worn and in need of renovation. The ceilings felt low, and our room faced the next building, so there wasn’t much of a view. There was no Netflix or streaming option available in the room, which was a bit disappointing. The bar selection was also very limited, during our visit, only tea was available, and the fridge was not even turned on.
Overall, the stay was okay, but the facilities could definitely use an upgrade.

The room air-conditioning was not satisfactorily cool. Nights were warm and uncomfortable. Front office did reduce the temperature setting upon my request but it did not make much of a difference. I had to purchase a small fan. The room was right in front of the elevators and was noisy. There was a huge group of very noisy kids. No drinking water was kept in the room. They curtain rod was broken and I had to inform front office to get it fixed (housekeeping should have been proactive to check such things. The ventilator went in bathroom was extremely dusty. Elevator was not working. Breakfast food quality should be enhanced.
