Georgian Grand Ballroom
OUI OUI MY DARLING, THE FRENCH DO DO IT BEST. A grand palatial space; The Georgian Grand Ballroom at Oatlands House consists of the BRAND NEW GRAND BALLROOM and The Rose Suite combined. This large open plan room, with a private entry, provides ample natural light, a private bar, and picturesque views of the landscaped garden.

The BRAND NEW Glass House features picturesque views of the surrounding bay and native gardens. Located on the first floor, the Glass House is a picturesque setting overlooking the beautiful Iron Cove Bay. It is the perfect backdrop for events such as Christenings, Birthday celebrations, corporate luncheons, wedding ceremonies, corporate break out areas or any daytime events you have in mind. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine care made us feel so special. Special thank you to Jen, Simona and Dominic for looking after us and ensuring we had the best day ever! The venue was absolutely beautiful, and the food was exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting both the stunning setting and the delicious meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.5/5) Outland Estate is a beautiful venue and an excellent choice for weddings and special occasions. The setting is elegant, well maintained, and creates a wonderful atmosphere that makes any celebration feel memorable. One of the biggest highlights is that they offer great halal food options, which is a huge plus for many guests. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the event, making the overall experience very pleasant. While the food was enjoyable, I feel the quality could be improved slightly to match the high standard of the venue itself. With a little refinement to the food, this place would easily deserve a full 5 stars. Overall, I highly recommend Outland Estate for weddings and events. The stunning ambiance, friendly service, and halal catering options make it a fantastic venue.

We had our wedding at Oatlands Estate on 31 May 2026, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Sophia was welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to show us around the venue and discuss the wedding packages available. Once we booked, Simona was amazing throughout the planning process. She was always responsive, patient, and offered valuable recommendations and advice to ensure every detail was in place for our special day. On the wedding day itself, Yissed was fantastic, accommodating our requests and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. We chose the Oatlands Chateau for our ceremony and Rebecca's Suite for our lunch reception. The venue was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding. A special touch that meant a lot to us was that the owner of Oatlands Estate personally stopped by to congratulate us and warmly welcome us on our wedding day. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued. While there were a few minor hiccups on the day, the staff handled them professionally and resolved everything quickly, allowing us to simply enjoy the celebration. A special mention to Simona's food recommendations, which turned out to be spot on. The food was fresh, delicious, generously portioned, and enjoyed by both adults and children. We received many compliments from our guests, and everyone left happy and well fed. The beverages were also excellent and easy to enjoy, which our guests appreciated. I was thrilled to be invited to celebrate Alexander and Stephanie’s wedding on August 9th, 2026. The setting was magical, like a castle with beautifully landscaped grounds. Stepping into the reception felt like a stroll through a country estate. The reception room was beautifully lit with candles and flowers, complemented by a delicious spread of mezze to keep guests entertained as the happy couple prepared to arrive. The service was exceptional. Daniel greeted us upon arrival, offering a drink and ensuring it reached my table promptly. The food was delicious, particularly my gnocchi which was prepared to suit my dietary needs. If you’re looking for a reception venue offering the beauty of a country estate combined with excellent service and food then look no further.
