Our wedding day was everything we had ever dreamed of, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was something special, and on the day itself, it exceeded every expectation. The staff were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine care made us feel so special. Special thank you to Jen, Simona and Dominic for looking after us and ensuring we had the best day ever! The venue was absolutely beautiful, and the food was exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting both the stunning setting and the delicious meal. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding the best day of our lives.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.5/5) Outland Estate is a beautiful venue and an excellent choice for weddings and special occasions. The setting is elegant, well maintained, and creates a wonderful atmosphere that makes any celebration feel memorable. One of the biggest highlights is that they offer great halal food options, which is a huge plus for many guests. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the event, making the overall experience very pleasant. While the food was enjoyable, I feel the quality could be improved slightly to match the high standard of the venue itself. With a little refinement to the food, this place would easily deserve a full 5 stars. Overall, I highly recommend Outland Estate for weddings and events. The stunning ambiance, friendly service, and halal catering options make it a fantastic venue.

We had our wedding at Oatlands Estate on 31 May 2026, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Sophia was welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to show us around the venue and discuss the wedding packages available. Once we booked, Simona was amazing throughout the planning process. She was always responsive, patient, and offered valuable recommendations and advice to ensure every detail was in place for our special day. On the wedding day itself, Yissed was fantastic, accommodating our requests and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. We chose the Oatlands Chateau for our ceremony and Rebecca's Suite for our lunch reception. The venue was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding. A special touch that meant a lot to us was that the owner of Oatlands Estate personally stopped by to congratulate us and warmly welcome us on our wedding day. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued. While there were a few minor hiccups on the day, the staff handled them professionally and resolved everything quickly, allowing us to simply enjoy the celebration. A special mention to Simona's food recommendations, which turned out to be spot on. The food was fresh, delicious, generously portioned, and enjoyed by both adults and children. We received many compliments from our guests, and everyone left happy and well fed. The beverages were also excellent and easy to enjoy, which our guests appreciated. Thank you to Sophia, Simona, Yissed, and the entire Oatlands Estate team for helping make our wedding day so memorable. We recently celebrated our wedding at Oatlands Estate and it truly exceeded every expectation. The entire day was nothing short of incredible and we’re so grateful to the team for making everything run so smoothly from beginning to end. Every guest left saying they enjoyed their time so that was a huge plus! We first worked with Josephine and Kiara, who helped bring it together in the early stages. Later on, Simona took over and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was organised, attentive and so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made what could have been a stressful time become manageable. On the day itself, she ensured everything came together perfectly and we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment. A special mention to the team on the night, who were all incredibly professional and accommodating. They also took great care of our vendors, making sure everyone was well looked after. From serving food and drinks to coordinating the cake cutting, everything was executed seamlessly, and they truly made us feel cared for throughout the entire evening. We’re beyond thankful to the entire team at Oatlands Estate for creating such a beautiful and unforgettable day for us. It was definitely a day I wish I could relive again 🤍
