A great experience! Will choose here next time! The perfect position just walking to Sydney opera house only 15mins. Good for shopping and tour in city! Service was excellent, polite and patient staffs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Five stars for the experience.

I rarely give 5 star review for hotels as I am super picky , but honestly Paradox Sydney was amazing. It truly felt like a 5 star hotel, such a stress free experience. Starting with the staff (reception, concierge, bag helpers, housekeeping, restaurant/breakfast staff) everyone was so kind and helpful. Anything you needed they were always there to help. We stayed in the atrium queen room, the atrium view was okay, but the room itself was so spacious. Air con worked well and it was sooo quiet. Loved the bathtub and overall cleanliness of the hotel, being a 1800s building. Buffet breakfast was perfect, the servers were all so professional and accommodating. Selection was great, a good mix of everything and a fresh egg/omelet station. Fresh French press coffee for the table. Almond milk/dairy free options and honestly the best chia seed pudding I’ve ever tried. Housekeeping was really good, everything was spotless and refilled everything daily. We dined at the Fax bar almost daily, food was so delicious (try the shrimp dumplings ) and service was top notch. Will 100% be back once we visit Sydney again . Don’t have enough text for this review but definitely book your stay here if you’re looking for a classy , great service and comfortable stay right in the center of downtown Sydney

It was truly a wonderful stay! The staffs were welcoming and service was excellent. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. My 7 year old daughter said that Paradox is not a 5 star hotel but a “1000 star!” She was very happy during our stay as well as my sister & family visiting from the US. We highly recommend Paradox Sydney! Thank you so much!

I just had a one night stay at the Paradox Hotel in Sydney's CBD. This venue was previously the Radisson Blu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great and within a short walking distance to major stores, restaurants, George Street, Pitt Street Mall etc. My room was on the first floor, and although spacious, it seemed "tired and worn out". There was a faint mustiness; maybe it's because the room is on the lowest floor and doesn't benefit from sunlight! The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were terrible. The bathroom was very nice and I had one of the best showers; the water pressure was amazing! I'd recommend this hotel for it's friendly service and location, but tbh, the rooms need a major facelift to bring them up to scratch, especially given the price per night - I paid $414, room only, for one night's stay.
