It was truly a wonderful stay! The staffs were welcoming and service was excellent. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. My 7 year old daughter said that Paradox is not a 5 star hotel but a “1000 star!” She was very happy during our stay as well as my sister & family visiting from the US. I have stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years. Our most recent stay was the first time since the name change from Radisson Blue to Paradox. The service and value for money was still as good as always. The hotel is very well positioned, just a few minutes walk from either Wynyard or Martin Place stations. And very easy walking from here to the main attractions in Sydney City. The buffet breakfast is also very good if you include it in your stay.

This hotel is centrally located in Sydney’s CBD, offering excellent proximity to the Opera House, Darling Harbour, and the Royal Botanic Gardens, all within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are clean and tidy, and guests staying more than one night have the option to trade housekeeping for an AU$10 dining credit per night. While some night-time noise is noticeable, the hotel provides earplugs, which is not an issue for me as a city dweller. Although the breakfast buffet experience was slightly disorganised, with my table being cleared before I had finished, it remains a highly recommended choice for those visiting for Vivid Sydney.

A great experience! Will choose here next time! The perfect position just walking to Sydney opera house only 15mins. Good for shopping and tour in city! Service was excellent, polite and patient staffs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Five stars for the experience.
