We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with our experience. Although the hotel is a little older, it is very well maintained and feels clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and we all slept well. The breakfast was excellent, and the barista-made coffee was absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also really appreciated having a bathtub. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so relaxing to soak in a warm bath and unwind. It made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for helping make our family trip to Sydney such a wonderful experience. Our whole family agreed that this hotel deserves five stars, and we would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

The ParkRoyal Darling Harbour was a fantastic hotel to spend a couple of nights before our cruise from Sydney to Japan. The hotel is relatively short walk from the centre of Sydney. We booked a club floor room and had terrific views across to Darling Harbour and surrounds. We enjoyed some canapes in the Club Lounge on two evenings. The lounge had a great atmosphere and it was wonderful to meet fellow guests. I would recommend that they play some light mood music for background noise rather than rely on what is on the television. Television screens are best turned down in places such as this. We also ate in the Club Lounge for breakfast on one morning. While it was OK, the breakfast variety and service was much better in the main dining area downstairs. The coffee downstairs is also VERY good ;-) We also experienced some late night dining at their venue at the base of the hotel (just next to the main entrance). The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was good. We are very happy with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for an delightful stay in Sydney. I should also mention that the water stations on each floor are a great idea! As mentioned earlier, staying here was the perfect way to begin an international cruise holiday - making sure you get to the departure city a day or two before the cruise leaves! Always my go to hotel. Location is so central everything and walking distance to Darling Harbour, shops and Chinatown. Service is always exceptional, ask for help and all the staff are so accommodating. Special shout out to Ned who is so personable and sorts the stay quickly everytime at tge front reception. Valet parking staff are so friendly and all the staff behind the scenes. Well done for top customer service, it makes the stay so welcoming.

pretty great value hotel! what I love the most is how spacious the room and the bathroom is. although I can tell that the hotel is quite old but the facilities are still pretty good. wifi is stable and fast, connection to the TV is good too. you can also refill water at designated water point available each floor. the only drawback is the location. it's a bit hidden and had to walk a bit from Town Hall station. but overall, really enjoyed my stay here and they even gave us a bottle of 🍷 for our anniversary!
