Another great stay at my regular. Anika at reception was fantastic as was Sunny... so welcoming and professional. Rooms are clean and well maintained again. Food at Coco was once again fantastic and so were the staff... made us feel at home! See you again in a few months!

My parents and myself stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for medical reasons as was close to Norwest Private Hospital. The room was comfortable and well set up, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. The service throughout our stay was excellent - friendly and helpful. Due to medical reasons, we had to stay an extra night, and the staff kindly accommodated us at the same rate, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Everything about my stay at Quest Bella Vista had been fantastic and was made even more by the level of hospitality and customer care of Abbey of Reception/Front Desk. Aside from the overall hotel service that we, guests, may expect from a 4* hotel such as Quest Bella Vista, Abbey is also in the details where we also need the most. Knowing my limitations, Abbey upgraded my Studio Apt. into one with a balcony that was overlooking a beautiful view and was just a few steps to the lift and the lobby. These make my stay very comfortable, lovely, and peaceful. My customer experience with Abbey and Quest Bella Vista was above par bec. of her extra caring words like, "Are you sure you will be alright in going to that attraction and back?". She knew I was alone, that it would be 2 hrs. 45 mins.~ away, and was not very familiar w/ the transport system even though it was my 2nd time in Sydney. I can say the same about her kind actions like, making sure I have in my phone the impt. contact numbers and she gave guidance as to where to wait for transport, etc. These reassurances made me feel confident in pursuing my plans, esp. when my sister who lives in Sydney cannot be with me that day. I felt so at home at Quest and to have someone there like Abbey. Everything turned out well and good ❤️

We really enjoyed staying at Quest Bella Vista. Thank you to all of the staff for going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful for our family, very clean and the staff were all friendly and seemed to genuinely care about ensuring our stay was pleasant. The car parking was very easy to access, we liked that there was plenty of parking and outdoors. And we liked the option to open windows for fresh air. Five stars from us :)

It is a well-maintained and clean hotel in a nice, quiet location. We would consider returning, only for the fact that the management made a rather confusing change part way through our stay. For some reason, the buffet option was restricted to only tour groups on the last day of our stay. This was despite paying for the breakfast package; which at the time of our reservation included both a la carte and access to the buffet. This ended up delaying us as the restaurant staff were clearly held up with the extra workload of orders they needed to cater for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very attentive, but it did end in a slightly frustrating manner.
