I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel is in a lovely building and the staff were so helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and had nice little touches that made it feel special. Super comfy bed and pillows, and the bathroom was nice. Room service dinner and the buffet breakfast were both delicious. The location is really handy to Circular Quay and so many eateries and shops. I want to come back asap!! I highly recommend Paradox for your Sydney stay.

Hard to fault this hotel. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to everything in the city, just up from circular quay, close to Wynyard station. The hotel is a beautiful heritage building. The room we had was spacious, decorated with class, and felt luxurious. The staff was great, getting us into our room a bit early was very appreciated. The shower was also very good, lovely pressure. They even have pillow options. Just a few minor faults. Firstly, the shower head is a little low. Also the mattress is a little softer than I'm used to. Finally, the spa was really only warm, not hot. But like I said, they are very minor compared to how lovely the hotel is.

I stayed at Paradox Sydney whilst visiting back home for a celebration, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional - every team member was professional, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests felt valued and cared for. The amenities were fantastic, offering everything you’d expect from a five-star hotel and more. I stayed on the Business Class level, and the offering there was superb. From the exclusive lounge access and elevated dining options to the seamless check-in process and personalised touches throughout my stay. My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Overall, the Paradox delivered a true five-star experience - something that I have found can be surprisingly hard to find in Sydney. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a premium, memorable stay in the heart of the city.

Perfection in every way - the room was large, comfortable & beautiful, the services & decor incredible & the staff were great! Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. We were very impressed by every small detail, from the staff greeting us at the door, to the lush room, & the excellent amenities. The hotel is in a great location too, within walking distance to most things in the city. Thank you Paradox!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was ready an hour before check in time and we were able to drop our bags off which was super helpful. We stayed with our baby and all the staff were friendly towards our baby. Bed was nice and large and comfortable. A cot is available if needed but we didn't ask for one. Unfortunately the food was not great - we tried the in-room dining and a la carte breakfast. In-room dining took an hour to arrive despite being told 35 mins. Food was bland and portions were small. Would not recommend the duck risotto. The a la carte breakfast in lady Fairfax room was bland and not to the standards of a five star hotel. I wouldn't waste your money on dining in as there are plenty of great options nearby.
