This place is nothing but crap, ordered dinner and waited over 90 minutes for it to come out stone cold. And they charge an absurd price for a steak sandwich. Accomodation is average at best, there are way better places to stay for the price. While staying here they had contractors paint outside my room, no warning and when I brushed pas the door frame going into my room I ended up with paint on my shirt. Avoid this place at all costs and what ever you do, stay away from their restaurant, If you do choose to stay here I suggest using Uber eats to order in. Once again avoid this place at all costs it’s total crap

​"I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this property and want to warn others about their rigid and predatory 'No Show' policy. Due to a simple clerical error on Agoda, my booking was accidentally set for Thursday. I arrived on Friday night, the day I actually intended to stay and was met with zero flexibility. ​The hotel claimed I was a 'no show' for Thursday and had forfeited my entire payment. Despite the room being available and my presence in the lobby ready to check in for Friday night, management refused to shift the booking by 24 hours. Instead, they insisted I pay for the Friday night stay a second time if I wanted a room. ​This is a complete lack of basic hospitality. A reputable hotel would assist a guest with a 24-hour date correction rather than trying to charge them twice for the same stay. Because they refused to provide a fair compromise, I had to leave and find alternative accommodation elsewhere. ​I am now escalating this as a 'Service Not Rendered' dispute through my payment provider and lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading. If you want a hotel that values its guests over a technicality, look elsewhere. They would rather leave a room empty than help a guest with a simple mistake."

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below basic hygiene standards. What is truly shocking is the complete violation of privacy. Before 9:00 AM, staff repeatedly knocked on the door and then entered the room without proper permission. Walking into a guest’s room without clear consent is a serious breach of privacy and completely unprofessional. It made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, they pressured us to leave before 11:00 AM, even though that is the official check-out time. The lack of respect for guests is unbelievable. I strongly warn others to think twice before booking here. I will never return.

All of the staff were truly awesome—very warm, welcoming, and attentive. We really felt looked after. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. There were large cockroaches in the lobby, and our room was extremely warm. We even had to borrow an extra fan just to be able to sleep. We booked two nights for our anniversary, and we don’t have much extra money for things like this. We actually saved up for a while just to afford a nice celebration, so it really hurts that the experience turned out this way. We even ended up going home after the first night because the room was too uncomfortable to stay in. The pool area was also slippery, so please be extra careful. And during the buffet breakfast, we noticed a fly on the breads and pastries, which was quite off-putting. Overall, what was supposed to be a special anniversary stay turned into a bit of a disaster for us. It’s a good thing the employees were all very kind, but unfortunately they couldn’t really fix the issues we experienced.

The place is ok and clean. The location is not the most convenient if you are not driving. The carpets are dirty and a lot of stuff look old. They still have cable TV this thing is an ancient relic. The room is not very soundproof and we could hear next door people and people walking past outside. The sofa bed was very bad, it felt very unstable and squeaks a lot. There was no proper duvet for the sofa bed either. This was an ok stay but I won’t be coming back again.
