Thank you to the entire staff that assisted us - Elite Guest Services, Housekeeping and Bell People. Guest Services appreciated our status and made us feel valued. They took time to answer any questions and volunteered extra information that may have proved necessary. The Elite Lounge was probably one if the better ones we've visited. Quality food daily (although one day there did seem to be issues with the temperatures on several of thr items) and the staff kept the Lounge clean constantly. I think I would appreciate hand sanitizer closer to the food stations to encourage lower germ passing from the shared utensils. The suites were clean, however, I didn't notice some wear on the ceilings, walls and carpet. The Executive Suite was spacious but did have a musty smell. The main buffet was exceptional - fresh made juices, Artisan breads, fruits and egg cooked to order. Very well worth the stay!

We loved our park room stay, 14th floor. The room was huge! Bed and pillows super comfy. Walk in robe and big bathroom with bath. We were looking at paying more for a crappy airbnb in manly. The roomservice food quality was excellent - we ate a club sandwich then prawn and mussel pasta cooked to perfection and salmon. Would stay again, hopefully soon!

We stay at the Sheraton a couple of time per year for the last 20+ years. The location is perfect for us only a short walk to the movies, theatres and our favourite restaurants. The rooms are starting to get a little old and need a refresh. The buffet breakfast is amazing as is the buffet dinner. The staff are always super nice and very accomodating even though the rooms are getting old we will still come back.

Sheraton Grand is a slightly aging property and holds up as one of the lower end 5-star property in Sydney. If you are looking for the modern, clean, contemporary hotel, Sheraton isn't it. It is very classy, and again, showing its age despite parts of the hotel and room clearly renovated recently. The form and structure are all there - whether it is a clean room, modern bathroom and shower, or even the lounge on the 21st floor. But behidn the veneer of a modern 5-star hotel, the age shows easily through older carpets, couches, and railings, lights, etc. You just know that whenever they renovated it last, they didn't go "deep". But fortunately, they kept all the classical friendly hospitality. The location is great. Not in the middle of the shopping madness but rather facing Hyde Park. However, just behind the hotel is all of Sydney's luxury boutiques and malls. You'll find plenty of tihngs to eat and shop. Perfect for someone who has come for shopping. Easy walk to Circular Quay or Central - I would say it is exactly in the mid-point between the two. You're never more than 15 mins walk away from any and every transportation. Highly recommend for families who are visiting Sydney for shopping.

15-16 Dec Thanks to all the staff for the friendly service, especially Tom at reception who made us feel more than welcome, and also Sakunrat who went above to make our stay comfortable. The room was lovely with an amazing view of Hyde Park, so we decided to book an extra night. Breakfast was great, with all staff being welcoming. On the next day, we had some drinks at the bar and the lady who served us was efficient and very attentive. A wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
