This outdoor, semi-private oasis is ideal year round. Whether you’re looking to dance your Saturday night away to the live band, or a more intimate celebration, the retractable roof makes the space perfect for cocktail parties for up to 65 guests. A pop up bar is available upon request, where you are welcome to run a drink tab for you and your guests, or have your guests purchase their own drinks from the nearby bar.
The Lounge
This versatile, semi-private space is ideal for intimate occasions for up to 30 guests. Adjoining the Bistro, and easily wheelchair and pram accessible, this space is ideal for small birthday gatherings, baby showers, gender reveals and informal meetings.

This was our second stay at Caringbah Hotel. The staff are lovely. Ron the manager was polite, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We live down the south coast with family in the Shire and this is the perfect place for an overnight stay. The rooms are small but very clean and with a comfortable bed. Complimentary drinks from the bar and the Thursday night special in the bistro made it a very economically stay as well. We will definitely be staying again.

Located at 343 Port Hacking Road, Caringbah, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 We came today for lunch as a group of 11 people. I have to say not everyone was impressed with their meal. The lamb kebabs were too tough and the roast was also. However, my chicken schnitzel was very tasty. So, it was a case of hit and miss as to whether the food was good. It’s actually very deceiving how big the hotel is. From the front, it doesn’t look all that big but it’s actually quite big. The parking 🅿️ isn’t great. The car park could fill up very fast and from what we saw there’s no accessible toilets available. There’s toilets but there’s a step so anyone with mobility issues would have a problem. The staff were quite welcoming and friendly so we had no problems with the service and my schnitzel was only $16 so it was great value. For a non expensive meal, this is a good place. I think average overall. 🤷♀️

A little bit confusing the find the right entrance into the Caringbah Hotel bistro area. Not to be confused with the Nightcap Hotel. I ordered a rump steak with salads and chips from the seniors menu. The rump was sadly quite undersized and there was also a little bug in my salad. 🤣 Didn’t complain or anything though. If anything I’d credit it to the salad being ‘fresh and organic’ I suppose 🤷♂️ Service was staff was good though. Though I must say the place is a bit aged albeit well kept. So do keep a realistic expectation when visiting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at the Caringbah Hotel. The food, drinks and atmosphere were all spot on, but what really made our visit was the service from Tomas. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. It’s rare to come across service that genuine these days, and he made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. A big thank you to Tomas for making our visit such a great one. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here a few weeks ago, and the service provided was amazing. I needed some last minute accommodation late at night, and the staff were so helpful. Room was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. Location is a short walk from the station, and there’s heaps of food and drink options close by, not to mention the pub downstairs. Thanks team!
