The Beer Garden
This outdoor, semi-private oasis is ideal year round. Whether you’re looking to dance your Saturday night away to the live band, or a more intimate celebration, the retractable roof makes the space perfect for cocktail parties for up to 65 guests. A pop up bar is available upon request, where you are welcome to run a drink tab for you and your guests, or have your guests purchase their own drinks from the nearby bar.
The Lounge
This versatile, semi-private space is ideal for intimate occasions for up to 30 guests. Adjoining the Bistro, and easily wheelchair and pram accessible, this space is ideal for small birthday gatherings, baby showers, gender reveals and informal meetings.
The Bistro
Perfect for those looking to dine, The Bistro is the hub of The Caringbah and available for large table bookings good for groups and informal celebrations.

Food was great for the price point. Service is terrible, basic hi and bye with no upsell. Venue standards needs a lot of work, beer garden is always ignored everytime i come no staff member comes inside you can sit in there for two hours plus and no one checks , table talkers or a what’s on would be great in the beer garden. Venue lack a lot of atmosphere compared to the Highfield. Waited 15 mins for a jug and had to go to the bar as me&u wasn’t working and ordered the steak and wasn’t even asked how it was cooked by Tom the server ! Last time i will come here management and staff are rude and incompetent.

We brought 30 seniors for a quick lunch before a show at The Pavilion Sutherland. The guys at Caringbah were fantastic. Took everyone's orders before the advertised bistro opening time, made sure everyone got the right meal (some off us can be a bit forgetful sometimes!), had some great specials and everyone loved their meals. Thank you co much Caringbah Hotel for making it a great day for everyone. We will be back to challenge you again!!

Everclear was awesome! Their performance was impeccable. One of the concert goers became unwell, they stopped the show during one of their most popular songs. Such amazing musicians and people. The venue was run professionaly. Everclear fan for life! Thank you Caringbah for being such a wonderful host.

Went for lunch even though food order got misplace staff were wonderful offering drinks n side dishes while we waited. Food was great allround happy

I took a busload of seniors here for lunch. Easy access, good selection of food and very quick service. The staff were really friendly too. Thoroughly recommend Caringbah hitel for a weekday lunch.
