I can’t speak highly enough of my experiences at the William Inglis Hotel in Warwick Farm. Every stay has been exceptional, and a huge part of that comes down to the incredible staff. A special mention has to go to Moss, “Moss the Boss.” From the moment I arrive, he always remembers my preferences and has everything organised before I’ve even finished checking in. It’s those thoughtful details that make every stay feel personal and welcoming. Beyond his professionalism, what stands out most is his character. Moss is a man of faith, and it genuinely shows in the way he treats people. His warmth, humility, and kind attitude are evident in everything he does. You can tell he approaches his work as service to the Lord, and it makes a real difference to every guest he encounters. Every time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted with genuine warmth and respect, and I’m always farewelled just as graciously when I leave. I’d also like to thank Deepak, who has always been fantastic to deal with. He’s consistently friendly, professional, and a pleasure to see during my stays. The rest of the team deserves recognition as well. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been welcoming, attentive, and committed to providing outstanding service. The William Inglis Hotel has become my preferred place to stay because of the people who make it feel like a home away from home. Thank you all, and especially Moss, for setting such a high standard of genuine hospitality.

What a surprise find! A lovely modern high quality hotel in the middle of the Warwick Farm racecourse complex! The pleasure began at reception when the lovely Clarizelle informed me I had been upgraded, to an amazing room! Happy Hour cocktails at the 1867 Lounge & Bar were brilliant, and the meal at the Newmarket Room was right up there with multiple chef's hat restaurants. I was staying at a pretty quiet time, so on one of the days the usual buffet breakfast was not available, but boy the al a carte option that replaced it was AMAZING! I definitely didn't feel I was missing out, and of course I LOVE the fact that they did this because otherwise there would have been so much food waste! The buffet the following day was awesome too! The only shame was that I don't think enough people know about this place! A truly top end experience, and for a price that honestly was almost embarrassingly low for a place of this calibre. But I have to mention the people again, the smiles of recognition, the wave as you pass by - THIS is what makes a stay special - and this hotel delivered in a way I haven't experienced before! Keep it up - I will definitely be back! Only ONE TINY thing - it would be great to have recycling bins in the rooms like many other Accor Hotels do...

We honestly cannot thank the team at The William Inglis enough for making our wedding day so special and unforgettable. From the very beginning, the support and communication from the team was absolutely incredible. Thank you for helping us with vendors, providing suggestions, answering every question, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming at times, but you made the entire process feel so much easier and more enjoyable. On the day itself, everything ran like clockwork and the entire experience felt completely seamless. It was so clear how much preparation, coordination, and hard work goes on behind the scenes to make a wedding come together so perfectly, and we truly appreciated every little detail. The food was absolutely incredible and of an exceptionally high bar. We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing everything was. The wait staff were also an absolute pleasure to deal with; attentive, professional, and so proactive that often we didn’t even have to ask for anything because they already anticipated what was needed. The hotel rooms were also extremely spacious, comfortable, and perfect for getting ready and relaxing after such a big day. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for both us and our guests who stayed overnight. We’d also like to give an extra thank you to the bar staff in the hotel after the wedding. They were so lovely and accommodating to the guests who stayed behind and helped finish the night on such a positive note. Thank you all again for making our wedding day so memorable. We truly could not recommend The William Inglis and the entire team highly enough to anyone looking for a wedding venue. You made us feel so cared for from beginning to end, and we will always be grateful for everything you did for us.

We recently had our wedding at The William Inglis Hotel and had such an amazing experience. A huge thank you to Mikaela, our wedding and events executive, who was incredible from start to finish. She was so kind, helpful, and organised, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she really helped everything run smoothly on the day. The hotel was very accommodating, and all the staff were professional and attentive. The service and food was excellent making it even more special. We’re so grateful to Mikaela and the entire team and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

Just stayed a couple of days at the William Inglis hotel with my sister and I have to say it was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had great weather, so we spent time by the pool which is a roof top one and so nice! Breakfast was good and dinner yummier. Clara welcomed us at reception and upgraded our room as well. She really went out if her way to meet our requests. She was friendly and very accommodating.
