VenueNow provides you with the option to donate the equivalent amount of your gift card to Parkinsons Australia, Make-A-Wish Australia, RSPCA or Pride Foundation Australia.

VenueNow Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

You must send the venue you book an enquiry via VenueNow.com or request a quote via a VenueNow Booking Expert. If you send an enquiry or contact the venue prior to sending it via VenueNow, you won’t qualify for the promotion.

A quote must be received from the venue via VenueNow.

The booking must be confirmed by 5pm 31st July 2022 (AEST) with a contract signed or deposit paid and notification email/SMS sent to VenueNow.

The amount of the digital prepaid AUD Mastercard will depend on the Final Spend of your event. Final spends equal to or greater than $10,000 AUD will earn a $200 AUD gift card. Final spends of $5,000-$9,999.99 AUD will earn $100AUD and Final Spends of $2,000-$4999.99 AUD will earn $50 AUD. Any Final Spends below $2,000 AUD will not qualify for the promotion.

If you don’t wish to receive a digital prepaid AUD Mastercard, you may request to have the same AUD value to be paid to the following charities - Parkinson’s Australia, Pride Foundation Australia, Make a Wish Foundation AU or RSPCA Australia.

The Final Spend includes Food & Beverage, Room Hire and/or Accommodation (contracted). Third-party services are excluded from the qualifying spend.

The voucher will be sent to your nominated email address approximately 30 days from the event being hosted and confirmed by VenueNow.

You will be required to confirm your nominated email address and your reward (digital AUD Mastercard or Charity Donation) within 7 days of being sent a confirmation email of your reward. Failure to confirm your reward or email address will forfeit this promotion.

If the Venue does not agree to pay VenueNow the referral fee, you will not qualify for this promotion.

VenueNow reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at anytime without notice.

This voucher can’t be redeemed for cash.

Any events that are cancelled or no longer meet these Terms & Conditions will forfeit this voucher.
