Wonderful experience at the reception with Nikki. She did an awesome service and really looked after us very very well. So happy. Thank you Nikki. Location is excellent. Close to alot of food options. Lovely. Hotel facilities was okay too.

Great place to stay, lots of things to do within walking distance. Staff are friendly, thanks Deepak for your friendly service and hospitality. Buffet breakfast has fresh tasty fruit. My girls loved room service dinner, food was delicious.

Just checked in to stay 1 night. First impression is great location and staff were friendly. Staying in room 212 and 214 and as we entered level 2 the smell of the carpet is off putting. House keeping have dirty towels dumped in piles down the hallway which is not appealing or very professional. Entering the room and sadly didn’t meet expectation. Bathrooms are very outdated, showers very low pressure making it hard to shower and the shower curtain was mouldy. Floor has rubbish under the table from previous guest in room 212. The gym area smells like feet, pool area furniture tired and not looked after and the pool was dirty. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star accomodation. If you get a great price may be worth a stay otherwise I wouldn’t reccomend.

After 36 hours of travel the check in team were busy making calls rather than serving the people lining up in front of them. Took 25 minutes to get checked in. Following day, the staff just came into my room while I was sleeping, the "do not disturb" sign on the door. It's unacceptable and highly unprofessional. This is a privacy issue. A personal safety issue. A guest should feel secure in their room at all times at a minimum!

good location, its in a middle of the city, easy to get around town. many place close at night but next door, there's a casino, the food and bar open until 4am, cheaper than room service. was watching a late night soccer game over there too. the casino is not like other casino i went too, its not that noisy and the food/drinks are cheaper. the service is great, friendly staff and can rent an e-bike to move around town. canberra is underrated city with abundance of nature and quiet small city. the people here definitely friendliest in australia.
