We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. We liked that it had facilities in the room such as washing machine, dryer, kitchen, microwave. For long term stay would have been great. However the cleanliness could be better and on the website it looked modern but in reality its not a modern apartment. The swimming pool and gym felt like you were entering a dungeon and to get to the gym you had to go pass the swimming pool. The windows were closed and just seemed like there was no air to breath in the little space. Breakfast options were great. So for long term stay is a good option. For one or two nights I would spend a little bit more for somewhere more cleaner and modern.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for walking to restaurants and cafe's around Braddon and a short drive to several Canberra landmarks. Bed and linen were comfy and desk is a good size, although the desk lamp flickered horribly and provided little light as if from a horror movie. We had a fridge in our room, but we did not have a mini bar and room service was not available. This was disappointing as we were offered $10 voucher in exchange for skipping housekeeping but had nothing to spend it on unless we wanted to pay $70 for a buffet breakfast (2 people). Don't expect much from the internet, I found it struggled with loading simple pdf's and webpages. Not a terrible option for a short stay in Canberra but we might shop around elsewhere next time.

Didn't wash cups daily. Room quite compact and starting to look tired, 6th floor. Coffee cart made good coffee. Gym not worth the visit.

If you want to be treated poorly come here. Staff allow their friends to visit unpaid and run a muck in the pool area. Management are defensive and offer you no help or solution. Our key was deactivated whilst we were In the pool area and were locked in the fire staircase with our kids, managements response was you should push the fire doors open, no apologies nothing. Stay away. The pool is also a dungeon in the basement and is horrid.

They don’t accept cash anymore and they don’t care if you’re a good client and want to stay there regularly their policy is more important than customer service. Their website says they accept cash but they don’t. Their manager Elan doesn’t care about customer service. The front desk staff are lovely but they can’t do anything. It’s very disappointing because it’s not always practical to pay on card and I’m still waiting for my security bond to go back to my credit card.
