My partner Shai and I had a great time at King pin Canberra celebrating surviving my 1 year anniversary suicide attempt. We had fun bowling, had an amazing dinner with delicious food prepared by the staff and served by the waiters. The arcades were a blast. Theresa gave Shai and I popcorn, and a free soda, she was so sweet and accomodating. Sara the manager was so sweet and Kaleb helped us with our tickets.

We had great fun at Kingpin today. The staff were extremely friendly and generous. Everything was very busy during the long weekend, yet we still received some of the best service. Kudos to them! All the equipment and facilities were also well maintained and clean. Definitely worth visiting!

It was really amazing I thoroughly enjoyed the combat shooting because it helped me regain focus and staying on target. All ages must continue with play as our minds are kept fresh and rewires our problem solving skills. Also, I must say that the front reception Kaleb was very professional and courteous in showing me how to use the card machine because it’s my first visit to this branch. He has good customer service skills and I can see that he will do very well in all his future professional endeavors. Well done!

So so impressed with our 9 year son’s birthday party today at Kingpin Canberra! Honestly the easiest party we’ve ever had and also been to. Our host Alex was absolutely amazing and was the best we’ve ever had. She emailed me before the event to explain everything as we’d never been there and worked with me to change the day’s format to suit the kids better. We were also warned about the noise level and soft drinks in case anyone had a sensitivity which was very good attention to detail. Alex stuck to the runtime of each event and interacted with the kids in a friendly but professional way. Exceeded expectations when she filled in some time with gameplay on one of the machines! The food was great and adults even enjoyed a glass of wine! Above all, our son had the best party with his friends. Thank you Alex! We’ll see you again :)
