We had a wonderful experience - best ever - for our daughter's birthday party! Thanks to the best event manager Stefan Fursh, who took great care of our special day from preplanning to the day of the event and was exceptionally helpful on the day. Our host Sophie was amazing with the kids and did a fantastic job! Thank you Stefan and Sophie:)

Here as a kids party guest. Lots of fun- kids enjoyed bowling. Nice how the lanes are separate from other parties. Really good variety of games ranging from traditional driving and shooting to more physical axe throwing and basketball connect 4. Even has virtual reality games. Several karaoke booths around that look pretty good. Party host was lovely although the food was quite late and the kids were getting very hungry. Food was good when it arrived. Well stocked bar for adults and can order from the menu at your table via qr code. Toilets were quite clean. Lots of staff on the floor. All in all a good experience! Unfortunately marking down as the virtual reality was included but noone told the kids they should go on there so they didn't actually play during that time. Staff didn't care or fix it.

Our son’s birthday at kingpin was fabulous! Why have I not outsourced before?? Gracie & Noemie were amazing hosts - organised, on the ball, firm but fair with the kids. I was blown away. They think of everything - and the process from booking to leaving is designed to have the clients needs considered. Could not be positive about our experience.
