Excellent experience throughout our stay. The room was really spacious and pleasant. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. The complimentary minibar, loot bag, and other gifts were simply great. There were many various types of lighting with dimmer controls, and the electric blinds were really cool. Overall, one of the best place to stay at. Definitely staying again.

Relatively newly launched hotel which is conveniently located. The entry is quite striking with the use of recycled ♻️ timber and the spacious layout. Staff are incredibly helpful - my initial check-in with Dan & subsequent interaction with Rose demonstrated their willingness to exemplary customer service. Rooms are not what I expected. First one was quite small & narrow with exposed piping on the ceiling. Then it was changed to another room, which had a better layout, but had minimal sound protection from one of the rooms next door. Their free min-bar & snack packs were a great thoughtful touch!

We stayed at their sunlight room because we want a bigger and room with windows. Great value if you booked directly on their website, so many perks. Including breakfast, mini bar, snacks, tote bag, all day sweet bar, free alcoholic drink on social hours. Service was great, from check in to check out. Good location, parking is paid with multiple entry. Good gym. Good food at Monster Restaurant even though its a vegetarian restaurant. Ahh Ovolo, where to start...I got a phone call from the duty manager telling me the room I had booked was unavailable. He went out of his way to be super accommodating and managed to get us comfortably sorted out and was most helpful. The rooms and hotel itself were amazing. The vibe and the design were great. The staff were amazing. Everything was good. The negatives, and the only reason I mention this because I believe honest feedback will be taken positively by the staff there, the buffet breakfast or breakfast option can be improved. That's it.... nothing else to add. This was a great place will definitely be coming back.

I got engaged here and the staff were so wonderful and accommodating. Some of the best customer service I have ever seen truly enlightening to see a company be so customer forward instead of putting profits first. I couldn't be more thankful to you for making it such a beautiful night. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
