Great location but did not enjoy apartment much. Advised on check in there is no air conditioning, to cool rooms you need to open windows which have no fly wire & open over busy, noisy road. Room hot & stuffy, would hate to be here in summer. Also not a fan of glass bathroom/toilet door. Couch was unusable due to having no legs so seats were on the floor. Room was clean and food was very good.

5 stars +++! Staff went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have been happier with our beautiful upgrade to a meandering atrium suite. The comfiest bath ever!! Absolutely stunning hotel, great food, excellent vibes. Thank you also for the late checkout to accommodate our late flight! 🤍

Great hotel in a great location. Amazing services with house keeping everyday in the apartment and hotel rooms. With the options to also call for maintenance or housekeeping when you want, this made the service and staff amazing. Great essentials were provided with our long stay in the apartment. We were also very lucky with our view. I enjoyed the closeness to the city and Lake burley griffin. Great insulation, cant hear a thing or feel the cold. Only thing would say negatively would be the slightly see-through bathroom when in the shower and on the toilet, especially with lights on, which can be seen from someone in the bedroom and living area. Would stay here again, highly recommend.

So disappointing. From check in to check out. I don’t know where to start. Rude incompetent staff. Check in… the staff were rude. The first staff on reception, was awful. We were even refused bottles of water, or even tap water! Or room was not cleaned despite asking multiple times. . Even asking for some toilet paper was apprently a step too far!I will never stay again. Staff were terrible. Rude and unhelpful from start to finish. Literally everyone I met working here, was rude and how no interest in looking after guests. How this place is five star is beyond me. Terrible experience. I can see the reply below form the hotel manager now and I can assure you I stayed in the hotel, not an apartment. I stayed in a meandering atrium room. I have added photos to show this

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here recently which I would highly recommend. Way better than your standard hotel experience, and very well priced. We booked direct which gave us some extra discounts and benefits. The staff were great, just the right amount of professionalism and down to earth. Special thank you to Tshering for looking after us and making our stay so memorable.
