We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing afternoon on The Jackson in Sydney. The combination of breathtaking harbor views, soothing live music, and an exquisite lunch made for a truly memorable experience. The menu was thoughtfully curated, with every dish being both delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere on board was elegant yet calming, allowing us to fully unwind and soak in the beauty of Sydney Harbour. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall charm of the day. A stunning yacht and afternoon on the Jackson , celebrating a new year with my family, we truly enjoyed every minute. The exceptional service, quality food, friendliness of staff (even taking photos for us) was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The awesome DJ, beautiful interiors and of course the flowing champagne and canapés & oysters with our gorgeous Sydney harbour backdrop, We can’t wait to do it all over again!

Terrible Service – They Will Ruin Your Special Day! Do NOT trust this company with your special occasion! Their so-called “unlimited drinks” promise is a blatant lie. After just a couple of glasses of champagne, they rudely stopped serving me, falsely accusing me of being drunk, even though I was completely composed and respectful to everyone around me. What’s worse, their boarding staff treated me with blatant prejudice. If you’re not white, be prepared for discriminatory and humiliating treatment. They seem to operate based on assumptions rather than facts, treating paying customers like nuisances. Despite not causing any trouble, I was restricted to drinking only water – as if I were being punished. This company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, fairness, or professionalism. They humiliate and mistreat guests under the guise of “safety” Save your money and your dignity – book with someone else who actually values their customers.

The Chandon lunch was impeccable, the boat is simply wonderful, and the music created an incredible atmosphere. The food was delicious, exceeding our expectations! Additionally, the staff was exceptional, always attentive and ready to ensure we had the best possible experience. It was definitely a memorable experience!
