Fantastic experience! We went on The Jackson's Chandon Long Lunch and weren't disappointed. The staff were very attentive, the food and drinks delicious, topped off with great entertainment on a beautiful vessel. The scenery was world class while cruising the iconic Sydney Harbour. All in all a 5 star experience.

Excellent cruise , fantastic food and beautiful ship . Service was superb and entertainment on the cruise was amazing. Well worth getting the extra drinks package when purchasing the tickets as there is a great variety of drinks on that .

I had the pleasure of being aboard The Jackson last Thursday for the Tourism Employee Awards, and it was truly an unforgettable evening ✨ The vessel itself is stunning and impeccably maintained. Everything from start to finish was top-notch — the ambience, the delicious food and drinks! The crew were not only friendly but also thoroughly professional, always attentive and committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. Despite the wild Sydney weather and heavy rain, the views of the city from the harbour remained absolutely breathtaking. It added a unique charm to the evening and made the experience all the more memorable 🎆 One point worth noting is the handling of food allergies. A colleague of mine had specifically requested a seafood-free meal, yet was still served fish as the main course. While this may have been a simple oversight or miscommunication, it’s crucial that dietary restrictions are carefully observed to avoid potential medical emergencies. That aside, kudos to The Jackson team for a wonderful night. I’d definitely recommend the experience to others and hope to sail with them again soon 👏👏

We had a phenomenal time for our anniversary on the Jackson with the Chandon long lunch. Such a beautiful ship & everything was perfect. The food was delicious including crispy pork belly & barramundi. The drinks were free flowing including cocktails, Chandon brut & rose. Fun entertainment & stunning spaces. We thought it was really good value for money. The flyer from Manly was super handy too, whilst it took a while. Can highly recommend! Will be back.
