I had the pleasure of being aboard The Jackson last Thursday for the Tourism Employee Awards, and it was truly an unforgettable evening ✨ The vessel itself is stunning and impeccably maintained. Everything from start to finish was top-notch — the ambience, the delicious food and drinks! The crew were not only friendly but also thoroughly professional, always attentive and committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. Despite the wild Sydney weather and heavy rain, the views of the city from the harbour remained absolutely breathtaking. It added a unique charm to the evening and made the experience all the more memorable 🎆 One point worth noting is the handling of food allergies. A colleague of mine had specifically requested a seafood-free meal, yet was still served fish as the main course. While this may have been a simple oversight or miscommunication, it’s crucial that dietary restrictions are carefully observed to avoid potential medical emergencies. That aside, kudos to The Jackson team for a wonderful night. I’d definitely recommend the experience to others and hope to sail with them again soon 👏👏

What a huge disappointment. Specifically thought The Jackson would be a beautiful way to do Vivid have previously done the Sydney 2000. Seating was pretty awful, the food was a true disappointment & all in all not worth the dollars spent. Vivid lights themselves were disappointing, but nothing Captain Cook Cruises could do about that but the added disappointment of The Jackson has indeed left a sour taste. To anyone booked in the coming weeks, I truely hope you have no expectations of a great meal because you won’t get it. The salad was not much more than a bagged Coleslaw you can buy at your local supermarket & the wine matching for the fish is not a match at all.

We had a phenomenal time for our anniversary on the Jackson with the Chandon long lunch. Such a beautiful ship & everything was perfect. The food was delicious including crispy pork belly & barramundi. The drinks were free flowing including cocktails, Chandon brut & rose. Fun entertainment & stunning spaces. We thought it was really good value for money. The flyer from Manly was super handy too, whilst it took a while. Can highly recommend! Will be back.

Had a superb time at the Chandon Long Lunch. Simply the perfect event this Summer. The yacht is the best out there in our beautiful harbour. Great food, amazing live music plus friendly and attentive staff. Kudos to the Jackson team.

A stunning yacht and afternoon on the Jackson , celebrating a new year with my family, we truly enjoyed every minute. The exceptional service, quality food, friendliness of staff (even taking photos for us) was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The awesome DJ, beautiful interiors and of course the flowing champagne and canapés & oysters with our gorgeous Sydney harbour backdrop, We can’t wait to do it all over again!
