To the Team, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the care and support shown to my daughters and me during our recent stays. On one particular night, we found ourselves in an extremely distressing situation at another accommodation. I reached out very late in the evening, and despite the time, your staff member Alexander welcomed us with incredible kindness and understanding. Being able to check in at 11:30pm without hesitation made a huge difference to us. His calm and compassionate approach in such a stressful moment truly meant the world. On a separate occasion, I also want to acknowledge the manager for promptly assisting us when an issue came up with the room we were initially assigned. Although the situation was upsetting, the concern was taken seriously, and we were quickly moved back into a room we had stayed in previously and felt comfortable in. The beds were clean, and everything was arranged with care, which we greatly appreciated. Both experiences reminded me how important it is to feel supported and treated with dignity, especially in difficult times. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Honestly, blown away with everything! Great clean and tidy room, great service, close to all transport- trains-airport for a great price. The food downstairs at Jude's is absolutely amazing! The reception desk is so cool, too. I stayed here for 2 nights with my mother and 2 kids, and we all found it very comfortable. The beds are very comfy, too!

Stayed six days in late July. Overall, good location, train station is within short walking distance, and shops nearby. Reception staff is friendly and room is adequately equipped (if only slippers are provided will be great). I had a 'room with a view', unfortunately the view wasn't great. Housekeeping is a letdown. Missing towels and coffee pods on a few nights and I was told that they only clean the utensils (cups, spoons, etc.) for rooms with a kitchen. This doesn't sound right (shouldn't it be the other way round?) as it would be unhygenic to wash in the bathroom sink. Also, don't feel that the room is properly cleaned. My colleagues staying there at the same time have similar issues with housekeeping.

The location is super convenient, just a 3 minute walk from the train station, with cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket close by. It’s easy to get around, and everything you might need is right at your doorstep. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, and crockery, perfect if you want a quick snack or coffee in your room. There’s also a self-service mini bar with drinks and snacks available in the lobby, which is super handy, plus a gym if you want to squeeze in a workout. The team is always super friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. Great value, great service, and a great location - I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Overall a good place to stay with plenty of places to eat and drink near by and the station just up the road making for easy access to the city , airport or other locations. Room was nice with everything you would need and a good shower. Parking is very limited and with limited of site options book ahead or don’t drive if not needed. The check in counter is an old car , while a quirky feature I found it a little awkward to communicate with staff. The staff on check in were nice but not as inviting as I have found in other establishments. All up a good and convenient place to stay.
