A traveler from Taiwan 🇹🇼 — I arrived in Sydney on the morning of October 6 and went straight to the hotel to check in. Since it was still early, I originally planned to just leave my luggage there. But the Asian gentleman at the front desk told us that a room was already ready and kindly allowed us to check in early! We were so happy!! It was our first time visiting Australia, and this gave us such a wonderful first memory. We’re truly grateful to him! This is by far the best, cleanest, and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The TV is adjustable and supports YouTube, there are plenty of power outlets, and everything we needed was provided — from a desk and sofa to even tableware! The location is also perfect — right between the city center and the airport, just 10 minutes to anywhere. There’s even a supermarket nearby. This is actually the first hotel review I’ve ever written, because this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m even considering coming back to Sydney just to stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last week and it has been very comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I'm especially grateful for the friendly housekeeping staff. I would love to stay here again next time I come to Sydney.

To the Team, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the care and support shown to my daughters and me during our recent stays. On one particular night, we found ourselves in an extremely distressing situation at another accommodation. I reached out very late in the evening, and despite the time, your staff member Alexander welcomed us with incredible kindness and understanding. Being able to check in at 11:30pm without hesitation made a huge difference to us. His calm and compassionate approach in such a stressful moment truly meant the world. On a separate occasion, I also want to acknowledge the manager for promptly assisting us when an issue came up with the room we were initially assigned. Although the situation was upsetting, the concern was taken seriously, and we were quickly moved back into a room we had stayed in previously and felt comfortable in. The beds were clean, and everything was arranged with care, which we greatly appreciated. Both experiences reminded me how important it is to feel supported and treated with dignity, especially in difficult times. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. We stayed here for a night and unfortunately the cooktop did not function. When I notified the staff, I was told to put the switch on, which it already was. But it still didn’t work, so we had a meal prepared that couldn’t be cooked. Unfortunately an expensive lobster went straight in the trash because it was only fresh on that day. I asked to be changed to another room but was told they are fully booked. So nothing could be done. Aside from that, I was also unhappy about the 2% card surcharge and when I offered to pay with cash, the receptionist told me that their policy is to “not accept cash” then, you should not be charging customers for card payments when there isn’t any other option. Parking was unavailable and we had to park about 400m away, a few blocks down which was inconvenient with our heavy suitcases. Staff did not offer to assist with suitcases, maybe that’s for higher class hotels. The room itself was clean, and in otherwise good condition. Service level was really lacking and that’s the main issue we faced.

Loved our stay here, the room was super clean and smelt amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice and near the airport and the city centre with a tram stop just around the corner. To top it off had a pod coffee machine in our room which we enjoyed every morning!
