Rating: 2/5 Came on a Saturday night for the Winter Wonderland/Bastille Day event Despite the venue not being packed after 5pm , our drinks still took over 30 minutes to arrive. We had to follow up several times with staff. When the drinks finally came, they were watered down—we could barely taste any alcohol, which was disappointing given the price. The fries we ordered weren’t cooked through properly. The themed event also fell flat. The igloos were plastic tents with fairy lights—no heating inside- definitely not the cozy winter wonderland vibe that was advertised. The DJ showed up late, and there was no dancing or atmosphere. Food was another letdown: basic, cheap nibbles that didn’t justify the cost. Drinks service was horrible throughout the night, clearly the bar tenders don’t know how to make drinks. Overall, it felt like the place was all about appearances, with very little focus on quality, service, or guest experience. Don’t be fooled by there instagram page events, it was a total let down the venue and food. Better to spend money on a night out in the CBD.

Incredible service by Hami. Delicious food and cocktails. The truffle mayo with the arancini was 10/10. Caramelised onion flatbread is a must. Our friend loved her birthday 💕

The food at Lady Banks Rooftop was outstanding with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavours in every dish, I definitely recommend trying the Saganaki Prawns to keep you warm this Autumn and the Seafood Platter! The service was equally impressive, Eric and Aaliah were both attentive and friendly ensuring a seamless dining experience. It was a memorable meal, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality food and excellent service. Definitely suggest sitting outside near the fire pits as well for the full experience! 🤭

This was my first time here and my first bottomless brunch. The food came out quickly, fresh, and tasty, and the drinks were served just as promptly. The highlight of the experience was the exceptional service from Hami — personal, professional, and nothing short of excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back! Overall, great value in a good location with exemplary service.

Lovely rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Service started slow with only one bartender on duty but it picked up after that. We had an outdoor table, but were promptly moved inside as it was a bit windy. We had the $49 tasting menu and it was all delicious. One item was not available so they substituted it with the crab roll. Staff are really friendly, great place for a date to large functions.
