My stay at Visy Dior Hotel was exceptional. I was impressed by every aspect of the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavorful dishes that catered to both local and international tastes. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout the hotel — from the spotless rooms to the pristine common areas, everything was immaculately maintained. Overall, Visy Dior Hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly memorable stay.

We stayed 7 nights. The rooms are huge,super quiet and very clean and comfortable.(great for sleep ins). We ate in mostly and the food is fantastic - terrific Italian chef. Staff most attentive (nothing too much trouble). Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with access to the metro, shops and freeway. However the quality and consistency of service did not meet the standards of the brand. Hubby rang the front desk in the morning to inquire for access to the laundry room which was locked. The lady said she would get someone up to unlock it. Hubby ended up waiting until after 5pm, when a male attendant in the front desk came over to assist. On the last night of stay, passes wouldn’t work to access the room and so had to go down to front desk to get the issue sorted which should have been sorted out the other day but apparently wasn’t working. Also upon arrival, the beds were not made and were the worst looking that I have ever seen in a hotel. The sheets were not tucked it and pillows were not straightened out!!! The cleaner did a sloppy job and when raising complaint to the front desk was told that we had to leave the cleaning sign outside of the room for the room to be cleaned. Well bathroom essential were provided and toilet seemed cleaned however the bed was left unattended. Whether the cleaning sign is out it is still essential for full cleaning service to be provided unless you DO NOT WANT your room CLEANED!!! Guests forget these sometimes. Sorry but won’t be returning, after this experience . :(

Stayed here with my family, my 2 kids did not sleep during the night waking up complaining about the smell.The rooms and the hallways stink as soon as you enter the level it smells like someone has urinated!!! Smell worse then a public toilet When asking the hotel staff, he did not even want to hear about it he was rude and just keep brushing me off with only the solution that he would get the floor sprayed I have stayed at multiple Rydges hotels but this one would not suggest to stay at Save your money and go somewhere else Don’t take the risk of getting sick from the smell and rashes this place has to offer

I recently stayed at Rydges Norwest Sydney, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected in terms of cleanliness. The carpet had stains, the furniture felt sticky, and there was dust in corners that hadn’t been touched for what seemed like weeks. The bathroom was even worse—there was grime around the sink, and the shower had visible mold along the grout lines. The bed linens appeared worn and didn’t feel fresh, and I found hair on the sheets when I first checked in. The hallways were clearly dirty, with trash left in corners, and the elevators were smudged and unclean. Even the bar area looked untidy, with sticky counters and crumbs left from previous guests.
