My husband and I got married in the gazebo at Rydges Norwest. It was a beautiful garden vibe, exactly what we were looking for, with heaps of free and convenient parking. I was in touch with Raquel from the events team and she was so lovely, even coming to the venue on her day off just to oversee everything was perfect for my wedding day. Thank you all the staff at Rydges Norwest, you all went above and beyond!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rydges, Norwest ! It was an unforgettable experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction! From the moment we arrived, Albert at the reception desk greeted us professionally and courteously, during our stay, we passed his desk several times and we were always greeted by Albert's friendly smile! The luxurious accommodations and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. A fantastic experience, we Highly recommend it!”

Great location for the Norwest Business Park. Rooms are tidy, comfortable, however the in room tv experience is outdated. Also, the pool would be great if it was open from 6am. The Brekky crew aren’t overly friendly when you’re paying $30/head.

Positives: very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, dinner was nice. Negatives: breakfast via room service was poor. Waited ages, my daughters was cold and no butter for the toast. I orders the açai bowl and it would have to be the worst food I’ve ever been served (plus no spoon!!) so I shared my daughters cold breakfast instead. Rooms are a little dated. Dinner in the restaurant had zero atmosphere/music etc Overall it would be ok to stay here for a quick overnight stay but I wouldn’t go back.

Hotel is a bit old, first night there was no hot water for many rooms ( 6 people were at the desk complaining) Liam, the duty manager offered compensation of full refund for the night and an option to take a shower in a different room !! Next day he mentioned that he did not get a permission from his manager for the full refund and offered 50% only. It’s a shame that a duty manager gave us empty promises just to ease the anger. Not sure about other guests but hope they read this and comment. Did not check the pool, but looks ok. Room service is really good and friendly.
