We really enjoyed staying at Quest Bella Vista. Thank you to all of the staff for going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful for our family, very clean and the staff were all friendly and seemed to genuinely care about ensuring our stay was pleasant. The car parking was very easy to access, we liked that there was plenty of parking and outdoors. And we liked the option to open windows for fresh air. Five stars from us :)

Customer service at Quest Bella Vista was absolutely outstanding. The lady on reception when I checked in was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in my stay — it felt like she truly cared, which was so refreshing. I didn’t feel like just another guest. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and full cooking facilities. With a supermarket within walking distance, we were able to easily prepare our own meals and save on dining out. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of a feedback card in the room for guests to note any maintenance or service issues. I mentioned a few minor things, and the reception team responded immediately with a sincere apology and prompt action — they even offered me a complimentary coffee from the café and waived my parking fee as a gesture of goodwill. I would highly recommend Quest Bella Vista to anyone looking for affordable accommodation with exceptional service. It’s conveniently located near the Valentine Sports Ground and shopping facilities, making it perfect for both leisure and business stays.

Hi my is lisa eaton I would like to give the people air high five to you guys for doing and wonderful job you guys go out of you way help people it was very comfortable to stay you have taxis buses and not to big woolworths and chemsit and a little food court and bottle shop to to far walking distance. The staff are amazing people there jess Maureen and baby Tom they are great and all them i keep going back lol.

My room is 7f_B First staffs are so kind and helpful. A, B is one big room, and it is allocated to each different group. Between A and B, there's a door which is not thick. I can listen to A room's voices. Towels are clean, however including so many dusts.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent – from the warm and professional staff to the comfortable accommodation and the delicious food. The service was attentive and welcoming, and I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
