I went there during the long weekend and they were having some staffing issues. Despite only having 3 staffs working on that day, they were still delivering excellent service! The place is beautiful, super clean and really quiet, perfect for relaxing. The room is very spacious, great for family holiday. Overall, I'm a happy customer and will recommend this place to others.

Parklands is a beautiful, serene place. It’s like another little world. The gardens are beautiful to wander through and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The electric fire in our room was lovely to sit by on a cool night. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety and the breakfast room looking out on to the gardens, was gorgeous. The staff very very friendly and attentive. We would have loved to stay longer.

Parklands is a great place to stay in Blackheath in a quiet relaxed location. It's set amongst beautiful gardens and would be perfect for a small wedding or event. The rooms look a bit dated but are large perfect for a few days.

An absolute delightful oasis so close to Blackheath .Thank you so much to Matilde and her team. Despite staffing issues The team rallied through and provided excellent service to a high standard. I hope they are all rewarded not only in pay but in better staff ratios . Parklands is an extremely beautiful place with great areas to eat rest stroll . Worse breakfast ever. Acquainted with very cheap breakfast items and limited variety. On top charged $39 instead of $35 if the buffet breakfast is not pre booked. Not worthy with price.Very disappointed with the services. They don't accept cashes and charge extra for cards
