Parklands is a truly beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens and tranquil ambience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our experiences there have been consistently enjoyable and the staff made extra efforts to meet our needs. Our few niggles are that there is no movie channel or Netflix. Chilly late afternoons after a big walk lend themselves to a movie in the lovely room with the fire on. Our other suggestion is a dinner night at the resort when the local restaurants are closed. The lounge area is very inviting but it’s not used to its potential. We will definitely return as it’s a favourite!!! Thank you especially to Mathilde as a friendly fun manager and Lauren for the best coffee in the Mountains.

Absolutely gorgeous bed and breakfast style resort. Gardens are beautiful for a casual stroll. Rooms are spacious yet cosy with no fuss fireplaces. Buffet breakfast is a nice, convenient addition. Definitely recommend. My favourite part was the large bay window.

Came across a luxury escapes deal for $500 for 2 nights (daily buffet breakfast and high tea included). Overall we had a nice and relaxing stay. The accomodation is located in a great spot, close to some restaurants and the tourist locations. However, there were some points that took away from the experience. Our room (112) had very squeaky doors, old fixtures and there was constant creaking/ticking noises coming from the heater/bathroom and building itself. The wind would make the doors move/slam which kept us up for a large portion of the night. If we didn’t have these issues, we would be had a more pleasant stay. We think the deal was worth the money, however we would not pay full price.

Absolutely jawdropping location!! We loved everything about our stay here. The location was convenient, the cottage rooms were stunning! Could not get over it. The rooms were clean, very spacious and beautiful. Unexpectedly it was a little cold for march but we had a nice fire place in the room. The service was incredible! Mathilde welcomed us at the reception and helped us check in. Her customer service blew us away. So helpful and incredibly welcoming. Looking forward to visiting Parklands again.

Grand entrance into a tree lined driveway. Check in was quick and easy friendly staff. The loft room is impressive with a lot of space very secluded whisper quiet. Spacious bathroom with double shower, lounge area and sitting room awaits above the grand staircase. Nice breakfast buffet style in a quaint sunny cottage courtyard. Did ask about massage and dinning room with were both not onsite as far as I was told and had to call to organise booking for massage which did not pan out. Would love some room service but you can't have it all. Loved my stay here and did not want to go home
