I visited this place a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we had an absolute blast! The kids had a fantastic time, and there were even plenty of activities that kept the adults engaged and entertained. It was the perfect mix of fun for all ages. In fact, the kids had such a great time that they didn’t want to leave! Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for families looking for a fun outing with their little ones.

We absolutely love Chou Chou Bebe in Blacktown! The space is always spotless, which is such a relief as a parent. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable for both the kids and us. What sets this place apart is how well it caters to babies under 1, as well as older kids. When our daughter was 6 months old, we struggled to find a play centre that had facilities for her age group since most play centres only cater to older children. Chou Chou Bebe was such a gem to find! Now, our daughter has just turned one, and we’ve been coming here every Sunday for months. It’s the perfect place to let the kids play, have fun, and burn off energy. Another huge bonus is that the café is halal, which is fantastic and makes it so much easier for families like ours to enjoy the food options. That being said, there could be more food choices available, and it would be great if the drink vouchers they provide could also be used for food or multiple smaller items under the voucher value. Overall, it’s a clean, safe, and family-friendly play centre that we highly recommend to other families!

We recently celebrated my son’s 4th birthday party at chouchoubebe blacktown. We hired both party rooms to accomodate around 40 guests and it was reasonably good space. I must say venue is nice with lots of things to do for kids. A play area with balls, trampoline area for kids, some video games and slides. Overall, fun place for kids. Also, the food we ordered was good, specially the fruit platter, pesto pasta, japchae and fried chicken was guests favourite. However, the service offered by staff at the venue is almost zero. They don’t give you a person dedicated for your party. Which is normally given at other kids playcentre for convenience. Also, after cutting the cake they won’t serve it and it is you or your guests who need to cut and serve in plates. Our party time finished at 5pm and we left the party room and were sitting in play area outside the party room to gather all our stuff and leave. However, one staff nember from the front door came to us and told us to vacate the area premises on urgent basis and there was lack of basic courtesy in conveying that we can continue to sit by paying extra. The same man was impolite when I went to see the venue for the party. I had my son with me and wanted to see party rooms and premises for 5 minutes. He tagged along with me keeping an eye that my son wouldn’t enter in any of the play area while i decide to finalise the premises for party. It was such a pressure situation as it becomes so difficult to stop your 4 yr old to play just for 5 mins that I ended up paying for myself and my son for an hour so that I can take a look at the venue with a peace of mind. Also, communication is a bit tricky with the staff at the venue as they don’t understand your accent easily. So overall, i would say there is definitely a lack of politeness and customer service in this venue.

Excellent place for kids. Normally, I always find kids cafe a bit overwhelming and loud for myself and my kids. And I have been to the Chouchou in Merrylands and auburn — they are like that. But this one here in Blacktown is excellent. Its well lit, less crowded whenever I have come here, low music and really nice spread out which makes it easy to swing by. Loved the quiet and calm where my son was having a ball playing and while I was busy sitting by a window doing some personal admin tasks. The only thing lacking was the lack of variety if food. And fresh juices but not a major problem.

Chouchoubebe is an amazing playground for little ones! I’ve tried several places, and this one is by far the best. The thoughtful design makes it so easy to keep an eye on the kids from the tables, which is a huge plus for parents. The facilities are well-maintained and still look great. I haven't tried the foods Yet but the coffee is ok! Highly recommend it for families!
