Michelle and her team at Elegancy catering did an amazing job for our wedding at Albert Palais. Michelle made us feel at ease right from the get go and nothing was too difficult. The catering on the night was fantastic with everything running smoothly & all 250+ guests satisfied with all the food and drinks on offer. Michelle went above and beyond, taking on the role of “on the day coordinator” which gave us such peace of mind. She understood our vision, executed it to perfection and with a smile! Thank you Michelle & Elegancy for taking care of us, our guests and all of our vendors too!

What a great versatile space and fantastic team! Michelle and her staff went above and beyond to help us deliver a very successful and seamless seminar and networking event. This was my second time at the Grandstand, I attended a networking event in December 2021 and we were so impressed with the food, staff and venue we booked for our next event. From pre event planning Michelle worked with us to create a menu suitable to our audience of health and heart conscious cardiovascular researchers', was always available to help with any questions. Michelle also took the pressure off and offered to liaise directly with our external AV team on access to the venue and an early bump in and AV equipment available at the venue. On the night the team were delightful, calm and ready to help out with any issues, even printing some additional name badges for additional guest on the night! I cannot recommend enough, we will definitely be back and look forward to working with Michelle and the team again very soon!

What a night! Beautiful wedding venue at Albert Palais – Glamorously adorned with chandeliers, high ceilings and an elegant bar. We were so thrilled we found the perfect space for Greek dancing with its enormous dance floor. Guests were greeted with champagne in an elegant old Hollywood glamour style lobby and staircase that was perfect for our photos. First class service from staff, professional and attentive. A special thank you to Michelle from Elegancy Group for helping us plan every detail of the event and ensuring the smooth running of the evening. You managed the whole evening beautifully. The catering was exceptional! I received so many compliments. Guest were impressed with the calibre of the food, the variety appealed to everyone. Plentiful servings perfectly timed. The highlight for me was seeing my petite 89 year old grandmother devouring with relish the entire slow cooked beef blade on parsnip mash. Extremely happy with the experience. I recommend Elegancy Group completely!

Our team used Elegancy to cater an all-day symposium with over 200 attendees. Catering included morning and afternoon tea as well as drinks all day. Staff from Elegancy arrived on time and set up everything efficiently. As always, they arranged the food and drinks on the tables elegantly and provided excellent service all day. Big thank you to all the wait staff who worked that day and huge thanks to Michelle and the rest of their team who helped plan and execute the event!

I have engaged Elegancy Catering for many years now for various events (conferences, symposiums, cocktail events) and Luke and his fantastic team have never failed to deliver excellent food and prompt service. There are always there to accommodate any last minute issues to ensure the success of your event and the presentation of the food is always top- notch!! I cannot recommend Elegancy highly enough!! BIG THANKS to Luke, Samuel, Michelle and Sarka and the chefs!!
