My favourite places to stay and a regular stop for me in Tamworth. The rooms are exceptional, very well appointed, spacious and modern. High quality finishings and everything you really need. Service is also excellent. For $220 a night is a great deal for what you get- in Sydney it would be priced over $500 for the same level of quality

Actually quite surprised. Great experience overall. Restaurant is very pricey, food is good though. Really my only suggestion as I did ask reception to see if they were available were some other pillow options (lower profile). Really didn't get a great sleep and was what I was there for. If that changes I would then consider an overall great stay.

Lovely well appointed room, great friendly service at reception. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was perfect (both dinner & breakfast) Lovely staff, making sure I was well taken care of. Very pleasant experience, and I would not consider staying anywhere else in Tamworth upon my return.

Fantastic hotel. Very roomy, cozy and stylish. Well priced. Location is a bit of a walk to the heart of Tamworth so it is something to keep in mind, but definitely a walking distance. The hotel was built on an old “power house” in 1986, did you know that in 1888 Tamworth was the first town in the southern hemisphere to provide its residents with electric street lighting? Now you do! :)

Very pleasantly surprised! Unexpectedly needed a room in Tamworth and found the Powerhouse by Ryder's as we were driving around. My sister and I were able to get a 2 bedroom room. What A Gem! Rooms very well appointed, loved the little touches - pod coffee + take away cups for the next day if needed, Thank You brand toiletries, lovely robes. Very comfy beds And the carpet felt very clean underfoot. Had breakfast at the restaurant - great choices, lovely and fresh, yummy. Would highly recommend 👌
