Dined here on a school night. We tried the set menu and wasn't disappointed with the food. Mushroom salad was outstanding as well was the fried bread with cheese and the fried rice. I had a better experience at this Queen Chow than the Manly establishment.

Superb Chinese meal with an interesting drinks list. Decor was really quirky and eclectic - from stags to an impressive collection of fowl above the bar. Could not fault the food (we had pork and kingfish dumplings and the Peking Duck pancakes). They had a great selection of wine by the glass but we stuck with gin and tonics. Waitresses were attentive and friendly. The only star dropped was because it took a long time for drinks to come out for our table of two. Question remains... Would we come back? And the answer is an absolute yes!

Located upstairs in the Queen Hotel, this modern asian cuisine is delicious and tasty. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the duck pancakes and steamed dumplings. Was too busy devouring the entrees to take pics! Haha! Staff were amazing and knowledgeable with the menu. It gets very busy n quite noisy so I suggest you make a reservation. The restaurant feels like your stepping back into the 1920’s saloon. Was a great place to sit n take it all in.

Thinking this place is very expensive for what you get. Found food overly salty. As lovely as the staff are, one particular member kept asking us if we want to order more wine or cocktails after we repeatedly said no, felt pushy. Fit out has a lot of character. Place seemed very quiet with lots of empty seats, maybe if they had better pricing it would be busier. Glad I got to experience it. Loved the music playlist - kept shazaming - oppsies

Queen Chow in Enmore. A modern twist on old-school Chinese. All the old favourites are there but glammed up with exceptional produce. Started with an assortment (8 pieces) of some of the greatest fresh dumplings I've tasted. Wild mushroom dumplings, king prawn with fresh roe and a fresh spinach dumping to die for. Next was fresh roasted Duck pancakes. They roast on-site in their incredible open kitchen 😮 The Queen Chow fried rice is a take on “special fried rice” A luxurious mixture of egg, scallions, fresh corn & peas, fresh roasted cha Sui BBQ pork, king prawn, and buttery calamari. I'd rate this as one of the best-fried rice I've ever eaten anywhere. What an Amazing venue. We ate on the terrace which as open bright and inviting. A superb bar with coctails, selections of wine, spirits, imported sparkling mineral water and Japanese beer on tap. Service was exceptional with people who are friendly, knowleble, happy and actually know how to serve. Thank you Alex!! Prices reflect the experience & location. Our bill came in at $165 with 2 x 1 litre bottles of mineral water and a Stein of Kiren beer. Can't rate this place any higher as its truely old school Chinese with a new school twist without any pretence.
